Initially I got sent the wrong product so simply returned the product stating what I had ordered. Express Chemist were quick to send back the correct order. Despite the initial mistake, there was not a big problem and I would definitely order from this company again.	Overall Rating:

the site had a poor range of toothpastes so I had to purchase elsewhere for the other toothpaste needed. When the purchase arrived the box contained incorrect items and it took nearly a week to sort the matter out. Good website, easy to navigate and search. Good communication with email confirmation of order - card charged and order dispatched. Due to the postal strikes I did not receive the order until 10 days after it was dispatched - but that is not ExpressChemist fault.
