The shopping experience was alright. Could do with a bit more explaination about the product. When I received the product the box with seal was open. I checked over the product and it seemed alright. Unable to find Uniflu (made by Unigreg) on any online chemist despite it being british made and apparently available through all good chemists. I currently have to source this through friends in Ireland where it is readily available	Overall Rating: On-time delivery:

For some reason, they would not accept shipping to a PO Box - difficult where we live as there is no door to door delivery. I had to call to get it sorted. Last time I ordered there was a double delivery and other issues.	Overall Rating: Customer support: On-time delivery:

At this moment I can not give any further opinion - as I have not received the order yet. However, I am quite pleased with the fact I have the ability to track down how things are going. I got updated on the delay of the expected dispatch date - which means, as far as I am concerned at this moment, Express Chemist works to keep the customer satisfied. The order progressed but then they wrote to me and said that it was out of stock and they couldn't get any more. I was very disappointed. They refunded the money but it just wasted a week. The shopping experience was fine but the product was not what I had expected. I thought I was buying a suction type device to help me remove contact lenses but the product sent was not what I had hoped for. It was very cumbersome and could only be used a few times. Other suppliers overseas shipping rates are much lower, on orders over £50 one chemist will ship to Portugal free. This is the only reason we will not use Express for pharmaceuticals, as quoted shipping cost to Portugal on a £52 order was £17.	Overall Rating: Customer support: On-time delivery:

I was a bit concerned that when I placed the order the product was in stock on the web site, but following a 7 day period I telephoned Express Chemist to chase the order up and was told that the product was out of stock. I asked when it would be in stock and was told they have deliveries every two days, this is obviously not correct as they would have had at least 3 deliveries in the 7 day period. I eventually got the product delivered as ordered but found the whole experience one I do not wish to repeat.
