Ordered two reskin patches. Two pieces of packaging arrived, but the product was missing from one of the pieces of packaging (i.e. the packaging had been damaged/opened and the re-skin patch had fallen out). I contacted customer services, who were very good and sent out a new patch first class post to arrive the next day.

Found exactly what I wanted on the website & goods were dispatched very promptly.

It was easy on the web - however, I ordered this a week ago and I still have not received the product yet.

purchased this product two years ago for my elderly mother who needed the ankle brace to enable her to walk unaided after a very bad fall. This product is still being used and is rather tatty now so we purchased the black and white one this time so hopefully these will last for a further two years. The shopping site was easy to use and the products were ordered on line on the Sunday and Tuesday they arrived excellent quality and service. Thank you
