highly recommend fussfree.Sales staff were very helpful, product arrived on time and when we had problems setting it up Fussfree sorted it out for us - something the manufacturers technical helpline did not do! Fantastic service all round and I will be returning to fussfree again - all the staff are friendly and helpful, they keep their promises to phone back and have great integrity in conducting their business. THE BEST COMPANY WE HAVE USED! NOT ONLY WAS ORDERING EASY, AND THE ITEM THE BEST PRICE ON THE NET, THE ITEM ARRIVED ON TIME, ALONG WITH ALL PAPERWORK IN ORDER. WE HAD PROBLEMS SETTING UP THE PRINTER WHICH THE MANUFACTURER COULDN'T HELP US WITH EVEN VIA THEIR TECHNICAL SUPPORT! The part in question is for a very old printer and unfortunately Fuss3 were unable to locate the required part. They regularly kept me informed of their supplier's progress. Eventually, through no fault of their own, they informed me that the part was not available in the UK and subsequently refunded my advance payment.
