Pain free ordering and 'real people' at the end of a phone! we purchased our office colour printer and now exclusively use them for our toner needs, cannot recommend them highly enough as everything is very simple and clear when placing an order and very prompt next day delivery. Also they are few firms that do not expect you to open an 'online' account when placing an order so great service all round

Although the goods that I required were at 2 locations, Fuss3 took the time to inform me by telephone before despatch to expect deliveries from 2 couriers the next day. Great Service! I would have no hesitation to give them more of my business.
