Fuss 3's prices are acceptable compared to other suppliers but they also offer a good service, regarding speed and quality which is the reason we continue to use their service.

We have purchased a printer from Fuss 3 before and when we needed a replacement went straight back to them. We have not come across an unhelpful person in their team, no matter what the question. I would always return to shop with them.

The part in question is for a very old printer and unfortunately Fuss3 were unable to locate the required part. They regularly kept me informed of their supplier's progress. Eventually, through no fault of their own, they informed me that the part was not available in the UK and subsequently refunded my advance payment.

Good pricing, trade discount scheme I found was not clearly explained and had to phone to clarify the details. But overall we have pruchased twice now from this supplier and have found them to be competative and reliable as regards the goods and delivery, which is important to us.
