The sales staff I contacted prior to my purchase was very helpful and knowledgeable. The printer arrived, as promised, on time and in good condition. The machine has worked fine since it was installed. I would recommend Fuss3 for similar purchases and hope that future customers will also receive the good service that I did.

Ambiguity in web site delivery choice: I read "Customer to collect" as meaning collect from local distributor or courier. Perhaps "Customer to collect from us" would avoid confusion? Also, shopping.com survey insists on responses to Q4 and 5 even if not applicable!
Otherwise, efficient, friendly and courteous customer service in phoning me to clarify delivery requirements. Thank you.
