Ambiguity in web site delivery choice: I read "Customer to collect" as meaning collect from local distributor or courier. Perhaps "Customer to collect from us" would avoid confusion? Also, shopping.com survey insists on responses to Q4 and 5 even if not applicable! Otherwise, efficient, friendly and courteous customer service in phoning me to clarify delivery requirements. I have been a loyal customer for about 7 years. Staff are instantly available for orders or for assistance and I cannot fault them. As a company director, I will not tolerate indifferent service.
