Fuss3 were excellent, I called to make a purchase for the first time and was helped through the process with no hassle. the goods arrived the next morning I have passed on fuss3 to friends and collegues with a strong recomendation for their service and prices

In the past I have ordered both on line and on the phone. both were simple to use. One time products were not in stock but I was kept informed of the delivery times which were adhered to. I would apreciate a larger % discount for repeat orders.

Order from these guys regulary, always quick on time delivery and good service. Never had a pushy sales rep and always been given sound advice and excellent after sales care.

This order was urgent. Ordering date: 7th Delivery time was advice 2 to 3 days, delivery expected at the latest Monday. A 8000 mail print run awaiting ink. Monday I rang to confirm definat delivery. I had to speak to someone in the USA? Promise of a ring back never returned, neither e-mail. Cost of special delivery next morning £18.00 Your service is usually good as long as no accurate information is needed.

I phoned for advice on replacing our old HP Officejet. We were given some options and decided to go for the new HP6210. Really non pushy sales advice. Very pleased.

Very speedy and easy transaction (Xerox photocopier consumable). I mistakenly ordered the wrong part and they very willingly accepted the part back in part exchange for the proper one. Highly recommended.

Having dealt with fuss3 for a number of years I approached them for an urgently needed printer spare. Not only did they supply the spare by next day delivery but they were able to give technical advise over the phone to facilitate the repair. This was service well above normal and I can throughly recommend their goods & services.

First Class! I ordered an upgrade kit for my Xerox printer. I have since bought other items from Fuss3 and would not hesitate to return for more. Their prices are low, they keep their promises. Very easy to contact by phone. 1st class to deal with.

As a user with limited knowledge of my printer requirements Fuss3 helped me choose the Xerox 8400 Phaser Printer. It has over performed my every expectation. The machine networks through a simple wizard and the print quality and speed has to be seen to be believed.

I received excellent service from this supplier. I picked them from a price comparison website, searching for a Hewlett Packard Officejet all-in-one printer/scanner. I was impressed by the simple procedure and good security. My printer was exactly what I want, delivered next day, good price, no fuss. They lived up to their name!

Not entirely fuss free, they forgot to post item after taking day off work to sign for it on arrival. But did receive phone call to inform me which is why they get *****5 stars.*****
