First Class! I ordered an upgrade kit for my Xerox printer. I have since bought other items from Fuss3 and would not hesitate to return for more. Their prices are low, they keep their promises. Very easy to contact by phone. 1st class to deal with.

Purchased a fax machine. Some helpful and friendly advice on the phone, and then a fuss free delivery - just as it says on the tin!

As a user with limited knowledge of my printer requirements Fuss3 helped me choose the Xerox 8400 Phaser Printer. It has over performed my every expectation. The machine networks through a simple wizard and the print quality and speed has to be seen to be believed.

I was impressed by the simple procedure and good security. My printer was exactly what I want, delivered next day, good price, no fuss. They lived up to their name!

Not entirely fuss free, they forgot to post item after taking day off work to sign for it on arrival. But did receive phone call to inform me which is why they get *****5 stars.*****

Ordering the Samsung Multi Function Printer was easy, the machine advice given was accurate and good, and delivery was as promised. There was a manufacturing fault in the machine, and Fuss 3 could not have been more helpful. The problem is sorted. Next time I have a requirement they will be at the top of the list. Thanks

I ordered a Xerox Workcentre PE16 copier. The person I spoke to was concerned that I knew exactly what I was ordering. Only when he was happy that the machine suited my requirements did he proceed with the order. As advised the machine arrived the next day. I look forward to dealing with Fuss 3 again.
