I purchased an item which was out of stock, I have been billed for this item, I have contacted the company twice with no response.

The items took longer than expected to arrive despite me having paid extra for Global Express. On arrival the items were not suitable and I have been trying without success to contact anyone at Glitzs to give me a returns number. So far all emails and phonecalls have been ignored. Will never use them again!

I have always been really pleased with my purchases,in fact sometimes the pictures dont do the rings justice.I would shop here again without doubt.

I have purchased from Glitzs on a number of occasions and have always been completely satisfied with the choice of products and the ease of using the site. When the products have arrived they are attractively packaged - but it's the products themselves which keep me coming back! They are beautiful, well constructed and exactly as described on the site. Fantastic all round and I am now a devoted customer.

products are quality but delays are too long

I ordered 2 items, one took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, the other has not even been despatched and it is now over 3 weeks since I ordered. No explanation has been given.

no problems at all, had to send the bracelet back as unsuitable and contacted customer services prompt reply and instructed the correct procedure, i would just say that if i could be informed as to the refund being given.

I still haven't received my goods, but have received an email from them telling me that only part of the order has been despatched and the remaining item will follow one week later as it was now out of stock. I wait patiently for my order to come, but will contact Customer Services in the next few days asking for an update on all of my order.

I would be very happy to recommend Glitzs to anyone who shops on the internet, my own experience with the company as been excellent from start to finish. they have a good website, good range of jewellery, good quality, safe for shopping, and excellent delivery service often arriving earlier than expected. What more can I say just that I will be returning to the site in the future.

Excellent website, fantastic jewellery prices and good delivery usually arrives in about 7 days which is excellent as I live in the UK and they come by airmail. So my experience with Glitz as been very good and my husband as ben very pleased with his rings and I will be back to the site in the near future and they also give you a discount which is excellent. So I recommend the site to anyone for the quality, prices and speedy delivery. I would like to make one other comment, could it be made possible for more leverback earrings and gem style hoops to be made available as these are my favorite type of earrings and would love to see more choice in these designs.

I ordered a neclace with pink pearls but one with white pearls was sent by mistake. The merchant could then not supply a pink necklace. A discount voucher was sent to use within one month.

It was the worst shopping experience of my life! On Feb. 1st, I ordered a diamond tennis bracelet to be shipped to my girlfriend in the Philippines (as a Valentine's gift). The payment online went smoothly and everything seemed fine. But, on Feb. 14th, when my girlfriend told me that she never received the gift, I contacted the shop the next day to find out that they never even shipped my order. They just said that they don't usually ship to the Philippines! But, for 15 days, they never even bothered to send me a mail to say that they weren't sure about shipping to the Philippines. (And, yet, on their online order form, they included the Philippines as one of the countries to select from for the shipping address.) When I asked them to send it by express mail for free (since they were already over two weeks late and they messed up big time), they refused, saying that they would send it simply in an envelope so that it may arrive there quickly. I was almost shocked to death! When I told them that I didn't agree with that, they simply cancelled my order! Those were definitely the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered online. I couldn't believe I was dealing with a shop in the U.K. It felt more like dealing with a bunch of people from a highly corrupted third world country in Africa! I would advise anyone to stay away from this shop, especially if your billing address and shipping address are different (e.g., if you are buying a gift for someone and need the gift to be shipped directly to that person). They can't do that!!!

Easy to order, quick delivery and excellent quality products.

The ring sizes are not the same as the UK so i would'nt bother again!

the delivery was good, but the quality of the ring was slightly dissappointing as it was hollow and cannot be ingraved, whixh is what i brought it for none the less it was a nice ring just not exactly what i wanted
