If you order from this company BEWARE. Do not sign for receipt of the goods from the courier until you have checked them. Our toaster arrived damaged but remained unopened for 6 weeks (it was a Christmas present). When the damage was pointed out they would do nothing, reneged on promises in earlier emails and even damaged the toaster further when it was returned to them. Luckily Dualit are a first rate and reputable company and sorted the whole sorry mess out by replacing our damaged toaster.

I recently ordered a Dulit toaster and kettle and realised later in the day I had not picked the right colour,on contacting sales they could not have been more helpful,Janice you are an angel and deserve a pay rise. I would have no hesitation in using Go-Electical again.Great service and super customer care.

Helpline is very good. The downside was the delivery from the supplier. The suplier had subcontracted and all I managed to get was a day of delivery 8am to 6pm, not even an AM or PM. The helpline managed to get contact phone numbers, so I was able on the day to contact the depot. Having to take a days holiday in effect negated the saving. Ahh well, I at least have a nice new Bosch Fridge/Freezer.

we purchased a kettle from go electrical, BEWARE the colors shown on the website are compltely differant from the color of item when it turns up. we asked for a refund and they said they would only give us 75% by law you can get a refund for up to 7 days, be very careful before purchasing from this company, they have terrible customer service and were incredibly uncooperative.

Ordered on Monday, a Sharp 15" lcd tv, one of the few companies that have them in stock. delvered wed am by Amtrak. prompt communication of delivery conformation, with direct link to tracking details. highly recommended, will use again!

Not used them before. Very efficient. Only purchased a Bosch electric kettle, but system worked perfectly. Ordered on Sunday morning, received confirmation from the company AND their carrier by e-mail on Monday morning, kettle arrived on Tuesday morning at my office where I knew there would be somebody to sign for the parcel. What more could you ask for? The delivery driver even asked for my P.A.'s telephone number - what service!!!
