I had never used this site before so was a bit sceptical about sending the diamond earrings I had ordered via the internet. I need not have worried, the staff were very helpful and friendly and contacted me on 19 December when the earrings were sent out to my friend. She received them gift wrapped the next day. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to my family/friends/colleagues.

I like every thing about GVG, it is nicely setup and uncomplicated to flow the steps. Only thing I did not like is that there wasn’t to many one stone diamond rings.

My order took longer than normal and was in fact a Valentines gift which did not come in time

first time buying something that expensive on line sent an e-mail becuse i was worred about the order .but had a quick reply that put my mind at ease i would do shopping with them again in the futer.

Excellent on-line retailer with very competative prices

I ordered an gold bracelet and through my lack of confirmation the order was cancelled. A week later i rang upset and the staff were wonderful.I re-ordered,from a link that was sent to me via e-mail of the item,I kept in contact with the company and the everything went smoothly.the bracelet is exactly what i wanted. after re-ordering on Tuesday evening i got my bracelet on Thursday morning.two days before christmas. how fantastic is that. thank you so much from Tracey xx

Good prices, very helpful and friendly staff

The item was not as thick/chunky as it looked on web site, but saying this was very pleased with product and service received.

I purchased the product for a 30th Anniversary present for my wife. As it is a surprise present she will not receive it until the 26th January 2005. The delivery service was excellent and speedy. The product itself to fit the description shown on the web page and appears to be exceptional value. The true satifaction won't be known until after my wife receive's it.

Overall a good place to buy. Nice catalogue, easy navigation. Nice feature of checkout is the gift wrapping service. One downside: It is not possible to purchase a gift for someone, have it wrapped and delivered to a different address as you very often want to do with a gift. Amazon offer this service and it works well. Please consider adding this feature.

The site Great Value Diamonds has a really exciting and fresh look about it. The ring I recieved was exactly as described and the quality and colour of the diamond was perfect. my daughter made the purchase on my behalf has a surprise birthday present it was sent to her works adress which posed a problem, but my daughter text them with the reason for the different address they phoned and spoke to her she explained the circumstances and they could"nt have been more helpful
