Excellent delivery and service. The only problem I had was with the ordering which stopped with 'discount error'; I had responded to the e-mail which asked to quote a discount number. In the end I had to complete the order without putting in the discount code. Otherwise the web site was smooth and easy to negotiate.

Easy to follow website. Had the product I wanted at bargain price. Arrived on time and product was as decribed.

Since ordering goods, no communication, even though money has been taken from Visa account. Unsatisfactory||||

Should use Royal Mail for shipping. They are far easier to collect if I'm out. They also cover all of the UK

no problems at all with the service.

Size was too large. I expecetd a 10 and got what seems to be a 11 or 11,5 (even if market with a 44 sticker (French for 9.5/10). Anyway it doesn't fit my shoes at all and I will have to file it to the correct size.

Second ime I've shopped with C-E. First time was excellent. This time I seem to have been sent shoe trees that were a size smaller than I wanted. They're still usable though and I would probably still give C-E another go in future.

The shoe trees - seconds - were exactly as described and were good value.

I found it reliable and keen to satisfy customer requirements.
