I love HomeHerbs. The site is easy to use and I've never had nay problems with them at all. I intend to use them for a long time to come!

Received confirmation of order, then confirmation of dispatch all as expected and order arrived in good time, well packaged. No need for me to contact them or track the order. Everything fine.

I did not receive my tablets at first but this was because of an error by the post office. I contacted Home herbs and they dealt with it promptly and satisfactorily.

over all I was very pleased with the shopping experience. the only down side was that I placed a multiple order and one of these items was out of stock. Instead of shipping the rest of the goods to me as I would have expected they held on and shipped them all together delaying the order reaching me by a week or so. This was my second order with them and they are very good otherwise.

Living in Portugal, I have to order many things from the UK & USA. HomeHerbs expedite their orders faster than anyone else. I'm a vegan so the vegetarian caps. are a plus too. I highly recommend HomeHerbs and will continue ordering.

I ordered the product on-line and it came a fews days later by post and in good condition. I also received an e-mail to confirm my purchase on-line and to confirm when it would be posted off to me. I was also advised on the progression of my order. Very good service indeed!! I would turn again to your company when my wife's supply of red clover runs done.

Good. I live in Ireland though and the delivery times seem to vary, sometimes very prompt and others not so.

Simplicity of viewing, selecting and buying products. Postage and packing could have been included at time of selection as the product still competes well in the marketplaces and has proven to be of reliable, good quality.

I have been using HomeHerbs for several years with satisfactory performance in terms of delivery and good in terms of custmomer care

I did not receive any documentation with the product, i.e. a receipt for the goods. Also the product did not have any HomeHerbs labelling on it, which was especially annoying as I needed to contact them and couldn't remember the name of the company. I also did not receive any email information that I had paid for the goods or when I would expect it to be delivered.
