The service was excellent, I was advised product wouild be delivered within 3 to 5 days; my order was delivered in two days, packaged very securely. Additionally, the price was very encouraging. I would not hesitate to place an order for any future requirements.

Easy to use website. Straightforward transaction. Product was on sale cheaper than anywhere else. Good communications. Would certainly check prices at CheapSmells first before looking at any other website.

I was exceptionally pleased with the three quick deliveries of four perfumes. I wasn't able to use the tracking system though on any of the occasions.

I ordered the wrong perfume my fault entirely, I sent it back and sent an e-mail telling them what I had done they e-mailed back to say as soon as they received the return they would issue a refund which they did straight away. i ordered some other perfume ( the correct one this time!) It was sent out quickly all in all excellent service and a no quibble return policy. fantastic service I wouldn't order from anywhere else Perfect thank-you

Purchased this particular deodorant in America and since then have not been able to find this in our shops in England. After going on line found just what I wanted and ordered four.

I were a little bit worried at first, beacause I havent order from any other country before. I live in Sweden. But it was a succes. I can really really recommend this shop. Everything worked perfect.

The item ordered is a present and will not be given to the person for another week. The item ordered was not the one received. I ordered Envy and received Envy Me, as there is little time to request another one I have left it, and will see when I give it as a present whether it is acceptable. Then I will be able to make a better rating
