There was a minor delay with some orders when the owners took a week off. I have my own businesses, so I understand how difficult it is to get time off, so I didn't have a problem with that. They got on top of things as soon as they returned and offered a £10 voucher on my next order. I rate them very highly.

product very good but no mention that I could not get spare disc for the said product. service good and arrived quickly

Although the service was fantastic I don't rate the product. I used Advelean for 1 month and lost 6 pounds. Since taking Nutralean (the alternative to advalean)I have gained 3 pounds and I have not changed my diet? I'm in doubt as whether to carry on taking this product?
