From the moment I clicked on the website I knew this was of excellence!! The first thing that appealed to me whilst browing for my product was the price this was a bargain and 75% cheaper than anywhere else I had seen a product of it's type. Then the ease of buying as i simply clicked buy and then was welcomed by all different types of payment options which was brilliant as I knew my option was safe! Then came the free next day delivery which was very much needed as my little boy had outgrown his current car seat... I was able to track the delivery and therefore wasn't waiting around all day and was able to nip to the supermarket to do my shopping. On arrival I was shocked at just how much of a bargain I got with Kiddicare and the 2 free kiddicare sunshades were just an added bonus! The seat is pretty looking and not too bulky like I had first thought, It is so comfortable for my little boy that car journeys are now a blessing and not a nightmare! It was easy to install too which was very handy... I rate Kiddicrae 10/10 and will be recommending all my mum/mum to be friends. I will definitely shop here again!!

This is the fifth item I have purchased from Kiddicare ,they have all arrived in first class condition and on time.The bonus is you receive a text at 8am giving you a delivery time (and they were all on time) so you are not waiting in all day. Other providers take note.

I stumbled accross the item I bought by accident. I was looking for something else. When I spotted the item I bought, I checked out and paid before I remembered I was looking for something else. It was a shame I couldn't add to the order before it was despatched.

Don't find the site easy to navigate. Fine if you know what you want but not for browsing. Not good for your sales I guess! Otherwise all went according to my expectations. Goods arrived in good time and condition and were exactly what I had expected.

Able to see info videos for the product, read customer reviews and check availablity before ordering. Delivery was very prompt (ordered after 10pm Monday night and delivered 9-10am Wednesday morning). Cannot fault the service.

Delivery said 2-4 weeks - it arrived within 7 days. Have not put it together yet, so cannot comment on quality at this stage

Ordered on Thursday received a text informing me of the delivery hour on Friday and the chair arrived on Friday on time in excellent condition.

Excellent service and comms regarding when delivery would take place. Only critisim is that when i first tried to place the order, the website said there was a problem, but Paypal said I have placed the order, so was confused. So 24 hours later had to re-order.

I ORDERED A TODDLER BED WHICH SAID SHOULD ONLY TAKE 45MINS TO PUT UP IT TOOK 3HRS AS PARTS WERE DIFFICULT TO LINE UP,THAT SAID I WOULD BUY FROM KIDDICARE AGAIN AS BED NOW UP IS EXELLENT AND SO IS MATTRESS,HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH ORDER OR DELIVERY.WELL DONE KIDDICARE.

Really good I particularly like the fact that you can find what time your parcel will be delivered within 1 hour.

I did have an issue with the pushchair which I addressed Kiddicare with but they were not very helpful and refused to take the pushchair back.

Very fast delivery and Kiddicare kept me updated by phone and e:mail so I could track delivery. I'd definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Difficult web site to work when ordering. Contacted customerservices by phone for help when I got ordering wrong. Very unhelpful. Contacted customer services again by email to complain and finally got a helpful response.Probably will use them again as good products and delivery.

The order was cancelled as my credit card is an international card and I was unable to pay via Paypal.
