An excellent service in all respects, including the option to rearrange delivery date by SMS text which I needed to use. The one hour delivery slot is excellent and the item was delivered within three minutes of the beginning of that one hour slot. I have no hesitation in recommending Kiddicare

I have bought several things from kiddicare recently,and everything was delivered on time except the bed guards.I do find it extremely annoying when you wait in,and things do not arrive.If the bed guards arriving late ,are a one off,then I will continue shopping at kiddicare.But if my orders are late in the future,then I will NOT shop there.

This is present for first baby who is due next month. The packaging and price were good. I liked the fact that I could pay by Paypal. Cannot comment on quality and washability until in use.

The mattress came on the day it said it would, only they left it at a neighbours house and did not leave a card or anything so we were not aware that it had been delivered, it was only when I checked on the tracking the following day that I found that it had been delivered to another house.

As always Kiddicare provides excellent service and value for money with free next-day delivery. For some reason on this occasion I didn't receive my usual 1-hour delivery slot but was given an all day slot instead. I called the customer service number, took advantage of the brilliant call-back service so I could hang up, get my daughter dressed and call back to be first in the queue, whilst I was on the line the agent called Interlink and got me a 1-hour slot. Kiddicare is always my first choice for baby/kid's items.

All went reasonably well, although when I placed the order the emails said I would get a 1 hour delivery slot on the next day delivery, but I only got an 8am - 6pm delivery slot offered, just as well my wife was able to be at home!

Before buying I had various questions on the buggy and accessories that are available with it. The online community feature was excellent and someone from kiddicare responded to my questions within 12 hours each time. I ordered at 11:50pm on a Monday and had my goods by 9:15 on the Wed.
Overall I was extremely pleased especially considering some of the negative reviews I had read.

I think the company are fantastic, found the website very user friendly, easy to find what i wanted to buy, then easy to order. Delivery is so quick, and they actually give you a delivery time, so no waiting around all day, everyday. Any problems are dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I will be recommending kiddicare to everyone.

Delay in delivery caused by snow/ice - not unreasonable given the atrocious weather conditions on day scheduled, and the 1hr time slot and sms text message re expected delivery is an excellent idea. However another text re an unavoidable delay or delivery postponement caused by the weather would also be a great idea

1) Attempted to make an order on Kiddicare site around ten days ago. Order process stalled leaving me unsure whether it had gone through or not. I contacted customer support to ask but they never got back to me.
2) Ordered the same product again a couple of days later (a Tuesday. This time the order process worked. All products were advertised with next day delivery.
3) Order didn't show up the next day. Contacted customer support who could only comment that the shipment hadn't arrived because it was late arriving at the depot. A fact that doesn't interest me as the customer in the least. By this time is was Thursday afternoon. I asked customer support to arrange for this to be delivered the following day.
4) Package didn't turn up on the Friday.
5) Received an email with a time slot for delivery on Saturday. It then snowed heavily in this area and delivery wasn't possible. This was fair enough but this was the only heavy snowfall we've had in this area since I ordered the package.
6) No communication from anyone on Sunday.
7) Contacted customer support on Monday, they suggested I might like to pick up the package myself from their courier's depot. I declined.
8) It's now Tuesday and I'm waiting to see if this will be delivered. No time slot email this morning though so it's not looking promising.
9) Kiddicare are still advertising next day delivery on their site with no mention of bad weather conditions affecting delivery in this area. I suspect I've been pushed to the back of the queue because my delivery is already late .

Great variety of products, low prices. Especially compared to some prices of products here in Ireland.
Only downside is the delivery costs of £ 20, which doesn't pay of when buying smaller items.

It's a hassle that Kiddicare do not accept international credit cards even with so many security features. It should provide more simplified payment methods for non UK residents. Email assistance is fabulous with helpful and prompt response. Customer care call centre though is a nightmare. Call in 3 times- twice given invalid queue number, once got cut off and then prompted to call back next day because they are closed.

This was my first experience of kiddicare.com and I was pleasantly surprised. If I had known the service was going to be so efficient, so close to christmas, I would have ordered more but due to the bad weather and christmas looming I was worried I wouldn't have my order in time so unfortunately I only ordered the items I didn't need before christmas. I would definitely use kiddicare again and have already recommended it to friends and family.
