I order goods from Kitbag two times. First order I did not recieve my stuff. so the second time i still worried that my stuff will be arrived to me or not. but it's OK.

Good products at a very reasonable price

I still haven't received my order after two weeks. This is a Christmas present for my grandson so I am concerned about the non-arrival of the goods. I am hoping that the order arrives in time for Christmas - if not, I certainly won't use this site again.

I have order a Barcelona (kid size xl) goalkeeper shirt, and the product was listed on the order reciept. When the order was shipped the shirt was deleted on the list and did not arrive. I have contacted your customerservice (07.12.2009), but they have not answared. The shirt was meant as a christmas present for my son, which I guess will not be posible now.

I could not believe how quickly the purchase arrived - absolutely thrilled and will definitely use again. In fact, I went to buy something else but unfortunately they didn't have the right size in stock but I will continue to check back!

Even though we are charged £5.95 for postage, its a little exspensive.And there seems to be no alternative for a slower,cheaper delivery. I may be wrong :)

Can not use UPS, because China can only use EMS and ROYAL MAIL, I am most unhappy is that you use UPS!

you have limited kit, no shorts and socks for aged 7-8 and it seems to always be teh case. I will look to use another site ideally as I want all my order from one location. Shame as the service is good.

For me its great to shop at kitbag because this is only site on which they do international shipping.

had trouble initially using the website to order. had to try again the next day to complete things. Unfortunately the item was too small, but as it had been labelled with a name it could not b returned.

THERE WEBSITE WAS EASY TO NAVIGATE. SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT WAS A BREEZE. CONSTANTLY RECEIVED EMAILS UPDATING ME ON WHAT POSITION MY ORDER WAS AT. RECEIVED MY ORDER PRETTY MUCH ON TIME. HAVEN,T OPENED IT YET ITS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR MY WIFE. OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE, MANY THANKS KITBAG

Very good however first order had to be cancelled as goods were not available and did not find out until a week or so later.

A little disappointed that the tops were in stock yet it took over a week for the money to be taken from the payment card and then a little while longer to despatch. I regularly shop online and have recevied much swifter service from other providers.
