Quick and easy website. Taylors were the cheapest around and found it to be very good service.

Goods received in good condition but unfortunately the legs were incorrect. I'm contacting the manufacturer.

The cane is damaged at the base, not sure how bad yet as this has not been unpacked due to the weather.

The shed, delivery and price were great. The unfortunate thing was that the instructions are an absolute nightmare to understand and make sense of. This is the only thing which would make me hesitate before buying from them again, which is a shame because everything else was at least as good as expected.

the service was good, received shed on time but found it difficult to erect, had to use recommendation from your organisation. i think in future i would rather see the product before buying.

Unacceptable length of time from placing and paying for the goods to them being delivered.Taylors seem to take a back seat and act only as a front for the actual selling of the sheds. Delivery is not under their control which renders them useless when approached about it.I would not trade with this supplier again and certainly could not recommend it either.

I have had two unproductive conversations with the person who deals with the dispatch of orders, a very pleasant person but seemimgly unaware that she is providing a customer service. I have not recieved the tree seat that I ordered at the beginning of September. I am however hoping that when it does arrive that it is as good quality as it appears on their website.

I was pleased that the delivery timing was exactly as specified. The product also fully met my expectations even if the instructions were somewhat lacking.

The order was delivered on time, by a friendly driver, who was most helpfull. The product was as described & easily assembled without any problems at all. Would deffinately recommend this merchant & would purchase from them in the future.

I had a very good experience shopping with this company. The product is as described. It arrived ahead of their original estimated date. They contacted me to arrange a suitable date as soon as they had the item in stock and it arrived with me as arranged. Its a good quality product and I am very satisfied. I'd definitely recommend the company.

this website was good for what i wanted

I mistakenly gave Taylors a rather negative mark on my previous survey to find out what I thought of their website. It was in fact the setting of my computer which made things difficult and their website is in reality fine! Our experience of service and product is very positive - excellent, quick and reliable. I would recommend them.

Easy to order, only complaint is the max 28 days delivery, as when we ordered we could have done with a quicker delivery time frame. But it was made clear at the beginning of the order process. Easy to get an update of the order tracking. Pleasant delivery driver. We would use again.

I found the tracking on the website basic and did not give me a full picture of where my order was. I called a very helpful customer service person who stated I should expect it between 10-15 working days but that was not exactly helpful. I also had to chase when it would be delivered a few times.

Very good value and so would recommend them to others for that but I would not use them. I spent an hour helping the driver unload and then he thanked me by dumping the packaging on my drive. I had to hire a skip to take a very large pallet away. The roof and wooden foundation was all or partly missing and I have had to purchase these and I am seeking reimbursement. This meant the log cabin was half-finished and not protected from the rain for a week. The instructions were intially in Norwegian. After I complained I received generic instructions which do not explain how to complete all of the log cabin.

Ordered lamp. 2 weeks later sent email as lamp had not arrived. Received phone call from Taylors - my order had ben completely missed. I was advised that it would then be processed and would take another 2 weeks to arrive. I accepted this as I wanted the lamp but I was far from happy. Received lamp approx 1 week later. My sister in law ordered 2 lamps at same time and had similar problems. After repeated communication with Taylors she received one lamp but is still waiting on second one. Would never use this Company again.

bewildered as to how a supplier of wooden buildings can be "out of stock" of an item of wood when the fencing and shed industry is awash with the stuff!
