I purchased two victorian lamp posts,I was quoted four weeks delivery but they arrived within a few days unfortuntly one was damadged in transit,but a replacement arrived within a week.I would rate this as a first class service.

The problems are all around the delivery which seems to be entirely at the convenience of the delivery agent and not for the customer.

Excellent. Delivered much quicker than anticipated. Courier contacted a day in advance to confirm delivery time. Delivery agent very helpful.

WEbsite easy to navigate around. Was surprised by the amount of work needed to assemble the bike store - not sure whether it was unclear on the website or whether I didn't read the small print well enough.

Delivery said within 14-20 working days, arrived only 4 days after order was placed.

EXCELLENT WEBSITE. HOWEVER, ITEMS I ORDERED (BBQ AND COVER)WERE NOT IN STOCK AND THIS WAS NOT STATED ON THE WEBSITE AT ORDERING. NEVERTHELESS, PHONE COMMS FROM THE COMPANY WERE EXCELLENT - NO MONEY WAS TAKEN AND I WAS GIVEN OPTIONS ON HOW TO PROCEED. ACTUAL DELIVERY TIMESCALES SUBSEQUENTLY WERE REALISTIC AND, IN THE END, EXCEEDED. DESPITE THE DELAY, I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE COMPANY AND WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

I found them very good, as i had to email them to find out if the bike had stabilisers on it as my son is only 4, and within hours i had an email back to confirm, i find with a lot of places they seem to take a long time in getting back to you, and then they will lose custom because i would just look on another site, plus with it being a xmas present, i wanted to know asap so i could look else where, if it was not the one i wanted, but yeah the service was very promt and good customer service. Ive answered Q.2 as no because ive not had chance to have a look at the bike as of yet, im due for another baby in 6 weeks time and have not been to good, but im going to have a look at it over the weekend to check its all ok, which im sure it will be.

The service and ease of shoppping were excellen. Regrettably the product is not fit for purpose. The straps to attach it to the car seats are absurdly complicated, so that the item cannot be easily fitted and removed. The cradle does not lie flat on the seat and therefore does not provide the required protection. I had to retrieve my old cradle (another make) from the dustbin and continue to use it.

I have no complaints about my shopping experience with Taylors and was in fact surprised to receive delivery so quickly.
