Excellent value and good service

A lot of negative fed back has been wrote about this company which was a bit worrying. My dealings with them has been 1st class saving £300 off high street retail prices with the service to match!!! I will definately use Laskys again.

They do what they say

item was due to arrive in 10 days but in fact arrived much earlier. price and cost of extended warranty were very competitive. overall i couldn't fault the service and was extremely pleased that the delivery was so quick.

My order was placed on the internet. Laskys processed the order, confirmed it was in stock, but then, a couple of days later, notified me that I would not be receiving the phone and I would have the money I had paid credited to my bank account. This happened a couple of days later, but by then I missed the offer on another website.

We had been looking for a specific fridge and freezer for a while. We found to be cheapest at Laskys but one was out of stock. i emailed to ask about availablity and was emailed back the next day with all the information I needed. We ordered online and also found a kettle so we ordered that as well, we boooked a delivery date and were surprised when the kettle came through the post 2 days later. We were contacted at 7am on the day of delivery with our delivery slot and are very happy with our products. Would definately recommend.

No provision in your questionnaire for 'ahead of time'. I received the TV in a matter of 2-3 days, well inside the 'within 10 working days' quoted. I didn't even need to look at the order tracking it was so quick. Well pleased.

The website is easy to use and I found the product I wished to purchased with no Problems. When I wanted to track the delivery I had to phone Laskys to obtain a package number. I would suggest that Laskys provide a Tracking Number and email when despatched. The Samsung LCD TV I purchased was delivered quickly and was easy to instal and works very well. I would recomend Laskys.

made order online, item shown in stock, payed by card, accepted, and order completed. within five minutes received email to say item no longer in stock, and that money would be refunded. not a very good way to conduct business, especially in a recession
