Although the product was delivered promptly it was faulty. I then had to wait for an engineer to come and confirm that it was faulty so that I could get a replacement. The carrier then collected the faulty product but did not deliver a replacement. The replacement will be delivered at a later date. Assuming the replacement product is suitable, it will be over two weeks since I placed the order to receipt and I have had to make several telephone calls and take time off work.

I was disappionted with the colour of the cooker the picture looked like a blue/grey colour which is what I really wanted but infact it was all black except for the little bit of silver around the switches

They won?t allow me to return a high value Apple item untouched and still in its entire original packaging as it is past the 7 days minimum stipulated by the distance selling regulations. I was disappointed that when I contacted Laskys to ask if they would remove the old fridge freezer I was advised that thay would not; yet when the delivery men arrived they advised that had I contacted the company earlier they would have been happy to take the fridge freezer away. Who is right? Now I have a dismantled fridge freezer in my hall that I have no hope of having removed as I am not strong enough to shift this myself.

THE delivery company failed to call on the day of delivery to advise delivery time.wehad to call and were given 11am-1pm.the delivery did not arrive until after 3pm.

We have just had a VERY BAD experience when ordering. The order was emailed through on the 18th, an email received on the 19th to say the item had been despatched. The amount was actually taken out of the mastercard account on the 18th! After waiting in for 3 days to no avail I sent an email enquiring just what had happened to our order on the 23rd to be told the item had been damaged in the depot and we would have to wait a further 7 days till new stock came in. We have now given up!!

Very good. Onl bad note was no note through my letter box informing that the goods had been left with a neighbor. As my neighbor is very good this was not a problem but I could see that being a problem in some cases

I purchased the ipod and a few days later I had to query something with Lasky's and noticed the price had been reduced by 10 pounds. They refunded the 10 pounds amount to my bank account without any argument over the price. Satisfied customer.

I bought a Panasonic tx-32lmd70 lcd tv and it was in stock when I called their customer service the next day I was informed it was indeed in stock and would be sent out in a day I then received a phone call the following day telling me it is now out of stock and they do not know when they will get any in so i was forced to cancel the order and within three days they had them in stock and put the price up by at least £20. Do not trust this store they lie and the staff don't know anything.

I purchased HP w2207 on Laskys.Website is not updated often because I paid for monitor they didn't have in stock.My order was confirmed few days later and i was informed they would have item in stock in few days.unfortunetely monitor is faulty and I called laskys customer service.I was told they send sb to check that monitor.after 2 weeks i call again, they didn't told me why they didn't send service but in next 48h sb should call me.now is more than 2 weeks after my call,and i must call again

Laskys provided outstanding service. I ordered a Sony Vaio AR-41S on Saturday morning, which arrived early Tuesday, quicker than expected. I received first class communications and all for a bargain price. All round a company I'd recommend to anyone and I will certainly try them first next time.
