Littlewoods are terrible. Item didn't arrive on delivery date even after two phone calls. They didn't return my calls and gave me three different delivery dates. Item eventually arrived five days later after many more calls from myself. I contacted Home Delivery Network and found the numbers myself, Littlewoods would not give me their numbers, if the item didn't arrive, tough, I would have to ring them back!! Would never use Littlewoods Direct again!!!

Avoid Littlewoods and all their catalogue companies - I am currently in dispute with Littlewoods/Kays catalogue over their stupid payment system. They want paying 13 times per year/every 28 days - this means that for most of us who get paid 12 times a year find ourselves paying twice in one month several times. The response to a request for a change was met with rudeness and indifference and a threat to put a flag on my credit file. They are now a finance company and that is it. Avoid if you

have used littlewoods direct and littlewoods.com for a number of years.Ordered a henry hoover but the box arrived damaged the guy picked up the following day and a few days later arrived with a new one!!no complaibnts absolutely brill!

I have never experienced such an arrogant disorganised company in my life. I ordered a table and chairs which arrived late and broken, being told this was an unusual event. I later ordered a printer that took a month to appear and was the wrong model number then to be told that the one I ordered was not in stock. In a world of automated phone services poor customer services unreliabilty theses just strengthen the fact that going to a shop is just alot less hassle so beware of lxdirect

The worst customer experience I have ever had absolutely appalling. On contact repeated promises to call back to sort out problem all of this is lies. I will never use them again and suggest you shop elsewhere.
The item has not been delivered 3 months late, very unhappy little boy leeft disappointed on birthday company could not care less.

I had ordered a nintendo Wii in december, it was promised to me on the 19/12/06 in time for christmas. then only two days before they sent a letter saying it would be delieved on the 21/01/07 which was acceptable considering the demand for the Wii in the UK.Unfortunatly they AGAIN did not deliver and sent another letter saying it was to be delivered in feburary, then again in april, just this morning another letter with the words "please accept our apologies for any convienience caused" arived.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Item was faulty but was forced to pay for a replacement up front. Collection of faulty item arranged 3 times but each time courier failed to turn up without explanation.
Contact LX Direct is diffcult: they don't answer phone calls at busy times (there is a recorded message telling you to call back later). They take over a week to reply, if at all.
Took 5 months to resolve my problem. Had to get industry regulator involved.
Never again!

Worst mail order catalogue ever used.
1st order a washing machine, received a faulty one, customer service does not exist, had to get trading standards to step in for it to be taken back and refunded.
2nd order - bought goods on offer buy now pay later, took full payment off automatically without authorisation, 2 months later still in process of getting refund. Avoid using.

I order the above product and was promised delivery on 14.12.06 I called the office on 15.12.06 and asked why I had not received this. I was told the supplier had let you down and when I asked when I was going to be informed I was told an e-mail would be sent. This still has not arrived. I will have a very disappointed 5 year old child on Xmas day so I will not use this service again

ordered nintendo ds lite on 13/10 told it would be delivered on 27/10,this was changed to 3/11. Waited in all day no delivery. Contacted customer services on 4/11 told i would be contacted in 5 days with regards my order. Not good considering i had paid in advance, and wanted to secure the item at the attractive price LX direct offered. I am still waiting, while other stores now are offering equally attractive offers over the counter at the high street!!!

Having ordered a bed from them in August, I waited 4 weeks for delivery,once the bed was received I found that I had been sent two different beds,the headboard and frame for one and the headboard & bottom board of another.Telephoned to advise, wouldn't consider special delivery for item missing had to wait another two weeks.10 yr old daughter sleeping on floor for 4 weeks.Took delivery of item missing, started to erect bed,wrong part delivered.No refund until all parts returned in original pack.

I decided to order a fridge freezer from LX Direct after another supplier had said they wouldn't have stock for 10 days and LX Direct were advertising the item as in stock.
Placed the order on 22nd June 06 and after waiting for 2 months with no sign cancelled! The customer service is a joke, each time you call you get told something different. They have no idea on customer service and they mislead people by advertising items in stock which clearly isn't.

The worst mail order company I have ever dealt with! Been trying to get them to resend an item to me for 3 months without success. Customer services and returns dept most unhelpful and obstructive. I believe their staff have given me incorrect names. Management staff cannot be contacted or spoken to.
Customer relations is non existent.
Avoid this c0ompany if you want good service!

I tried ordering a DVD boxset from this company. As I was aware of stock issues elsewhere, I contacted LX Direct to check whether they had stock, only ordering once they had confirmed availability. Three weeks on and with two missed delivery dates, no DVDs arrived. I cancelled the order.
Customer support is very poor - they told me quickly enough that they had stock (which was not true) but were unable to chase up my order with their supplier until anticipated delivery dates had passed. Avoid

I have ordered a tumble dryer on line using their 10 working day delivery choice. I have now been advised that it is going to take 30 days! No where during the ordering process did it say it may take longer. I feel this is very bad service and have been told that if I want to complain I cannot speak to anyone, I need to write a letter of complaint.

This is absolutely the worst experience with a retailer I have ever had. The dining table and chairs I ordered never showed up on the agreed delivery date, even though the money has been debited two weeks previously. The sales staff were incompetent and rude and were not able to give a straight answer on anything. I have spoken to them over 10 times and still no goods, no refund and no hope of sorting this out. Save yourself the stress and shope somewhere else!

This is the worst service I have ever encountered. Incredibly unhelpful customer service staff. First they couldn't find my order, then they could, then it was out of stock, then it was not, then it was on its way, then it was not - and they had taken my payment for it and still are holding onto my money. Do not use - you have been warned!

I ordered Two items of clothing from Lx Direct on 10/11/04 and on 13/11/04 i went onto the website to track the item which was apparently delivered on the 12/11/04 i emailed twice and received a reply on 20/11/04 which said that the item had been left in a secure location to the front of my property (it wasnt as i could not find it). Finally two weeks after i placed my order i received a refund but i still wanted the goods but didnt trust in their service enough to reorder them
