Buying my new fridge/freezer from Marks and Spencer was very easy. I found a suitable product quickly through the website and was able to select the day I wanted it delivering. It came when it was supposed to and I'm very happy with my new appliance.

I ordered my item and arranged for a saturday delivery in the same week. I was kept fully informed on my delivery time slot the previous evening which was completed on time. Effortless shopping with excellent service.

Apart from the product description, in partculr individual internal capacities of fridge and freezer not being quite a precise/ accurate as I would have liked (a problem not peculiar to the M&S website), the rest of the process (ordering and delivery)went well. Price about £20 more expensive than 3 other suppliers but generally £20 less than most others. Eventualy choose M&S because of the M&S brand name / reputation and acceptable price including delivery to PO16 7QA.

I ordered from M&S because of the brand name, although i could have purchase it slightly cheaper at another site. The delivery was excellent. I was given a delivery time frame, which was reduced further by a phone call from the delivery company.

The freezer has not yet been delivered. It was due on 23 Dec and we had ahd snow 3 days earlier. I was surprised to be told it would be delivered as expected and given a time slot 9.00 -13.00. I waited for it. at 13.25 I phoned the no. on the paper work (M&S) and received an automated message saying they had delivery probs in some areas and were updating customers with delivery times, no need to speak to them. At 14.15. I phoned again and eventually spoke to Theresa. She was excellent, had no knowledge of a problem and tried to phone the driver. saisd he would phone me in next 1/2 hour. No call. At 15.54 I received a phone call from exlogistics office to say "it had been cancelled. no deliveries from that vehicle today" and to rearrange. I have no problem with delay given th ebad roads, but WHY wait until3 hours after th edelivery time to tell me? I had needed to get out to see my elderly house bound mother. You MUST keep the customer updated.

Due to my wife recovering from a hip operation and our 12 year old washing machine developing an expensive fault only 10 days before Christmas .. I had to research products, select a model and order double quick. I decided on M&S Electricals product offer as being the best overall price and delivery option etc. So I ordered the new Indisit machine from the M&S web site late afternoon on 15 Dec '09 -and by 08.30 on 17 Dec '09 (!!!) it was delivered (despite snow in the NW where it came from), installed, tested and starting it's first washing program! Brilliant! I cannot fault the quality of service I received, or value for money at all. If all purchasers receive the same quality service - M&S Electricals and their operating partners will be difficult to beat on overall price or quality of service.

Absolutely fantastic! Our existing fridge freezer broke down and on the 10th December we found we needed a replacement. Ordered on line at 1.15pm on Thursday 10th December and delivered at 8am on Saturday 12th - a week faster than getting a repairman out! Delivery men brilliant because it was a very tight squeeze to get it to our kitchen but they were fantastic. Website very informative and clear about deliveries. I have to say, the appliance delivery by M&S was much better than for clothes from them. I did not even know M&S did kitchen appliances until my wife and I independently Googled them and selected the same model!! I would recommend them unequivocally to everyone!

Delivery information couldn't be faulted - a mobile call and a text prior to the delivery day giving an estimated slot and then a call from the delivery driver on the morning of delivery. As this was for a house move, absolutely invaluable information. Provided the price is right, would certainly always use M & S again for large appliances.
