Marshall Ward

This was my first order and I am happy with the service received. Trousers quality is good but could have been a bit longer. I'll just wear flatties cos I liked the scarf belt for a sparkly Christmas. I'm sure I will use Marshall Ward again but I'll ensure I order a longer length.

I ordered this top from a magazine insert that I had read whilst on holiday in Kenya in October. I was really pleased that the top was still available for order and I have had some really nice comments about it, saying it looks really nice. Thank you.

My only trouble with this order was as follows: The goods were delivered on time etc, all ok. I ordered a dress, however this package was forced through my letterbox and the packaging was badly ripped. I was expecting the dress also to be ripped. However as it happens the dress was in perfect condition. Next time i would advise not trying to force things through letterboxes as this could have resulted in damaged products and a unsatisfied customer.

I have shopped with Marshall Ward for several years and never had any problems until recently. My last orders have all been the wrong size and despite contacting them twice I am still waiting for the items to be collected after three weeks.

i found the customer advisor very helpful when i rang about a query with my order.

The item was good value for money and arrived on the day they said it would.

I received part of my order in good time. Iam still waiting for the radiator shelves. I had been informed that there would be a delay at the time I placed my order and I received a letter to say that there would be a further delay.

i've generally been happy with most items ordered from marshall ward and am happy with the speed, service and quality of goods i've recieved, however i do get annoyed as alot of the stock i often want to order is no longer available by the time i've recieved my new catalogue/promotional catalogues which i think is very poor, this has been the case on numerous occassions and does get very frustrating and sometimes i wont even bother.

The site was easy to navigate, shopping basket & payment options simple, and delivery was absolutely excellent!

Was given an estimate of 5 - 6 weeks for product and it actually arrived with 2!! Excellent service, can't be faulted.

Easy to order and quick response time and delivery. No problems.

Quick & easy. Am still waiting part of the order - three vest tops which should take 3-4 weeks from order. Everything else arrived quickly even the bed linen which had a three week delay on it. This arrived within days.

Excellent, always on time, good customer service, will continue to use in the future.

Order was placed however written confirmation that item was unavailable received around a week later. This prevented me locating the item at another location during this period. recommend that only orders for available stock are taken and made transparent to customer during browsing.

Rubbish, advertised goods that aren't avaiable

Shopping with Marshall Ward is easy and I have never had a bad experience with them.

i was sent a money off voucher but couldnt find any way to redeem it online and was also told that is was free delivery. i ended up paying for delivery and didnt get any money off.

Good experience, knowledgable and helpful staff, orders arrived on time and very useful being able to track progress of order.
