easy to use web site and simple to find what i wanted

Ordered goods from your magazine on line.Nothing arrived. Also ordere catalogue which did arrive but no account number. Without this couldnt order anything on line.Sent email notifying you of this and have been asked to forward same details you have already been given so that you can check this out for me.I am about to do this but dont hold out much hope of success.

I found a wide choice of products to choose from and the quality was good

will be cancelling my order if it does not arrive within the next two days I expected it to arrive November????

some items were cancelled without reason and some items may or may not be here in time for christmas even though they were ordered in plenty of time.

When ordering items was told at the outset if out of stock or what the delivery time was, which was very helpful.

i have been shopping with this company for soom years now , and have never been anything other than pleased with their service.

ordered goods that were larger sizes and other catalogues didnt go that big, recieved good service and will shop again.

the only downsize was that it didnt take visa electron and i had to phone in my order

I have shopped with Marshall Ward for many years, and I have no complaints.

The top item and the picture on the website did not match and I received the description, rather then the picture. Was told that the item had sold out (which I find amazing as no one would have been able to order it). The website promised free delivery and return, I paid £3.50 for delivery and I was also told £10 off if spent over £50, I received 10% off. I gave up arguing and took my business elsewhere.

Having shopped with Marshall Ward for a number of years I have always recieved a good service and shall continue to shop with them for the foreseeable future

anything i have ordered has been in good condition and in a reasonable time the only problem is i wish they would give you a delivery date when the order is placed like littlewoods online does

Always had good and prompt service and great promotional discounts.

this order was fine, but my previous order was not. I Ordered two sets of drawers, one i received but the second item i tried to track with customer services i was told the item must be lost and that i would have to order again which i did. Still no parcel received. Telephoned again to chase the goods,but this time i was told the item was no longer available. so i gave up and ordered it else where.

Too many items out of stock keep getting supplements with the same items that are out of stock

I HAVE AT LAST RECIEVED MY ORDER ON 10/12/05 VERY LATE THAT DAY,I DID WANT TO WEAR THEM FOR AN IMPORTANT INTERVIEW BUT THEY WERE OVER 4 WEEKS IN GETTING TO ME. i AM HAPPY WITH MY ORDER DISPITE THEM TAKING A LONG TIME TO REACH ME. THANK YOU MISS C A SLEAFER.

I had to return the jacket because the colour was awful. Not the fault of Marshall ward but it did not look the same as the picture online. I would shop at Marshall Ward again as I have not had any problems when I have shopped there before.

I am totally happy with the service except for one item which i have not yet recieved. I will email marshal and ward again in the hope that i will recieve this in time for xmas. Otherwise I am really happy with the speed and quality of goods ordered. thank you
