not really much to choose from, but ok

MY ORDERING AT MARSHALL WARD WAS EASY AND FAST AND WILL ORDER AGAIN

i would like to shop again at marshall ward,there are quality goods to purchase at affordable prices,i am very happy with my shopping.

I have found Marshall Ward extremely good value for money, and whether I order on-line or by telephone, the response is excellant. Thank you

Order was cancelled. I only knew the order had been cancelled when I tried to track it. No correspondence to say it had been cancelled, or why. Very poor service.

When I came to order my goods I found a lot of items already sold out, so was quite disappointed.Only 1 of my items was in stock, order went through on line with no problems, tracked order delivery date and order was actually delivered slightly earlier which was good. Returned item as I was disappointed with material/value for money. Only thing I don't agree with in this catalogue is the delivery charge as all other catalogues deliver free.

i PURCHASED A CHILD BED SET AND IT HAD AN OFFER WITH IT, NEVER RECEIVED THE OFFER AND WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID THE WEB WAS PROBABLY WRONG. SO NOT VERY HAPPY WITH IT

Lots of choice and superfast delivery

I love shopping with marshall ward, you offer loads of choice but would love to see an extended toy section.

The only problem I found was when I typed in ipod all your irons appeared! So I had to search through the whole range.

Everything went well Hope I am invoiced correctly this time, after my last purchase I was overcharged and took a couple of e mails to sort out

this time goods were not as expected and were poor quality so both items returned. Goods left in wheely bin not sure this is good but luckily not bin day!

Prices very competitive and service is so far excellent.I had to contact customer services to arrange collection of goods to be returned. They were very polite and helpful and the parcel was collected well within the time slot given. I shall certainly look forward to dealing with this catalogue again.

Excellent quality and service recieved on all goods purchased at the moment

Within a few days of receiving the catalogue I attempted to purchase an item of clothing. It had already sold out. I received a further leaflet that readvertised the blouse I wanted. I assumed as it was being readvertised that the item was available. It was not, it had not been restocked and had been included in the leaflet despite being unavailable. This was annoying.

No problems at all with the service it was excellent although not too happy with the fact that I have received a "marketing" call about telecoms

THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD, ALTHOUGH I ACTUALLY DIDN'T KEEP THE PRODUCT, AS IT WAS NOT SUITABLE.

i enjoy shopping at marshall ward. i have no real complaints. Sometimes the items i want are not in stock, but i feel this is not a big deal. All in all if i need something its usually marshall ward i will turn to first.
