Marshall Ward

The experience has been very disappointing. I still haven't received either of the items purchased. Normally when I buy online I receive the product within 48 hours. It is now over 3 weeks ago when I placed the order with Marshall Ward and still the order hasn't arrived?

I found it easy to buy on line with Marshall Ward. The site is well put together and I enjoyed shopping. It is good I can track my shopping and check on my account.

The order process was good and straightforward. The goods were received in good condition and with the exception of the rug quite quickly. I would shop on your site again.

I have made orders but fail to get them

I previously shopped with MW some years ago. I did not order for some considerable time, but decided to apply again for a catalogue. I find the service good and reliable and to date have purchased a number of items which I have been totally satisfied with.

Products/Prices are excellent & was very impressed.

even tho I created an account would not let me have extended payments therefore I cancelled and ordered elseware

most items do arrive in the time stated and in very good condition. the returns service is very easy and user friendly.

usually orders are in stock and despatched with no hiccups or delay, returns when needed are just as good as delivery.

broken cup in set could not get a replacement so we have 7 cup instead of 8 i know we could send it backbut we need it

i find Marshall Ward to be an excellent catalogue to shop with as they have a wide variety of things relevant to my purchasing needs at affordable prices and an assist account to help me spread my payments. Customer services are always helpful.

Although i ordered product 12/11/05 - i still had to telephone to find out when i could expect delivery, the item was out of stock but told should receive in another 2 weeks approx. I would of appreciated an e-mail or letter just to say that the item was going to be delayed instead of having to chase them.

sometimes slow, very annoying often receive advertisements for sale items, when try ordering 99 o/o out of stock

Ordering online is easier than than using the phone.
