1st rate service - as always ! Received goods next day - that's efficiency!!!!!!

a very quick and fast delivery

30 day delay and counting in delivering the product. No explanation offered except "Unexpected Delay". I have always found this venfor fast and reliable but this is unnacceptable. No online facility offered to cancel the order only ringing the sales team which is also unnacceptable.

Misco have kept me informed that the purchase I made was out of stock. They have offered an alternative, or promisede to deliver within 30 days. Although I am in no great hurry for the product that I have ordered, I could have been. Therefore I think it would be a good business ethic if Misco informed customers of availability before they make the purchae.

The item is apparently out of stock, and there is no guidance as to when I will receive it. I have had to contact Customer Services on a couple of occasions to find out the order status, rather than Misco being proactive and contacting me. However, Misco is considerably cheaper than other online retailers - perhaps I'm paying the price now.

It was quick and easy to find the product i wanted and it was an added bonus to be able to pay through Paypal as well as pay with a credit/debit card.

It is so easy to order goods online, and I will be using Misco in future.

Order accepted for 'next day delivery' could not be delivered for 7 days whilst awaiting stock delivery. This was despite item showing as in stock at time of order and throughout the waiting period on MISCO website. Tracking was pointless as it showed 'order being processed' most of the time, only changing to 'dispatched' midway through the morning on which a delivery attempt was made - needless to say, I missed the delivery and had to re-schedule both the delivery and some work. Showing items as in stock for next day delivery, when they are not, seems to be a trait in business these days to encourage customers not to look elsewhere - next time I will check by telephone first, which rather defeats the point of ordering on line!

Quick delivery, and good response to after sales enquiries

the item I purchased was defective, it took about 30 minutes to arrange return, the package was not picked up on the day it was supposed to be but three days later, it cost me more taking time off than the item cost, misco do not have a replacement policy but a refund and re-order, the money was credited two days after return, all in all it took five days to get my money credited and the returns service was inadequate
