The ordering process was very easy, and the goods were dispatched quickly. The delivery was appauling. Their nominated courier claimed they could not find either of the addresses I suggested and Simply have not done anything to help resolve the problem except cut me off the phone after holding for 15-minutes, and not passing my telephone number to the courier company.

Checked goods in stock, Iiyama prolite monitor and ordered 5.15pm, with August free delivery offer 2/3 days. Goods delivered 2.30pm next day. Excellent and helpful sevice and cheapest price.

Ordered and paid for a Canon printer on bank Holiday Monday, said to be in stock. Delivery promised Wednesday. No delivery. 15 mins customer service phone queue at national rate charges. Told not originally in stock, but had now arrived. Delivery promised for Monday. No delivery. Claimed to have tried to deliver, but no one in. Someone was at home, and in any case the carrier did not leave card to say delivery attempted. Another 15 mins in queue - given courier's number to arrange redelivery. Courier would not answer phone. Another 15 mins... Delivery promised for Thurs. No delivery - courier claimed printer had been lost/stolen. Another 15 mins - printer had been found and would be delivered Friday. Guess what. No delivery. Another 15 mins - no it really had been lost and no more stock. On top of which they sent an invoice requesting payment, even though already paid by credit card. Order cancelled. No more orders, ever.

I ordered a printer that never arrived. Turned out Simply Computers had put in an incomplete address. The item was returned to their warehouse but nobody bothered to contact me regarding my purchase. I tried calling Customer Service: a nightmarish task. Was put on hold for 20 mins after which I gave up. The 2nd attempt also resulted in a 20 minute hold. I finally spoke to someone on my third attempt after being placed on hold for close to 30 minutes. Yes, I was told the item had not been delivered it was back in the warehouse. I pointed out the incomplete address on the invoice and asked the rep to ship it out again. That was not possible, she said. I would have to reorder, begin the entire transaction again! Dealing with this company has been an utter waste of time. I decided to spend more money and buy the printer elsewhere.

I was surprised at how cheap their Sony A115B computer was, so I ordered one from them, and arranged next day delivery as I wanted it quickly. When it did not arrive next day, I called and was told that in fact it was not in stock, despite website saying otherwise. They then only refunded the money back to the card when I threatened to set barclaycard on to them. Pretty poor show.

Service is fast,ordered Phillips ToUcam 840K via P.C. on Sunday evening 8pm,delivered Tuesday A.M.,was told 3 days for delivery,what can i say? this is a 5***** outfit that i would definitely use again.Goods arrived well packaged in excellent condition. Great prices and service.

Ordered a Seagate hard drive and ABit motherboard. The hard drive sent was wrong, the replacement was also wrong. Each time I had to re-order and bill it to my credit card then await credit once they had received the wrong bits. Then found motherboard was faulty. Emailed tech support twice but no responses. ABit helped but only to prove board was faulty. Spent 45 minutes on phone, on hold, waiting to organise a return number. Have now faxed them. Waiting with baited breath. Have used for ten years - never again. Fair to say that if you receive your order correctly and the parts work then all is fine and dandy, if not watch out, you're in for a rollercoaster of a ride.

Ordered a 1 x Asus DVD ROM internal drive at approx 1600hrs and was told it would be despatchd to me within 3 days. Recieved free next day 24hr delivery recieved goods at 1600hrs next day. Goods came by courier and in very good condition. Very happy........

Competetive prices. Very good service. Customer Order line prompt, polite & efficient. Ordered an Epson RX600 printer on Friday PM, arrived Monday AM as promised (could have arrived next day for a premium). Only minor quibble is that the printer was actually delivered too early - at 6.30 am instead of the 9-12 timeslot specified! email confirmation, and printed receipt arrived by post next day. Top marks. Will use again

I ordered my Palm Tungston E at 00:06am on Tuesday, 10th August 2004. I received an email on Tuesday, 10th August 2004 at 1240pm, informing me that my parcel was despatched. It is now 12:00pm Wednesday, 11th August 2004 and I have just received my items. This is what e-commerce is about. Incredibly Amazing service!!! Now this is how Internet shopping should be!
Selected a Linksys Wireless USB Adapter (WUSB11) from the Simply Computers website on 20/07/04 (with free posting offer for July) - the parcel was delivered and waiting for me when I go home from work on 21/07/04! What could be simpler?
Will definitely use again without hesitation..

I rang them to check on the availability of an Axis camera and was told they had just 1 left (even though their website said they had 14!)and that if I ordered there and then I would have it the next day. Next day - no camera. I called back and was told it would be delivered the next working day. I waited in all day again but still no sign of it. When I called again they said it would be with me next day but I couldn't wait for the delivery so I missed it. I now expect it 1 week later than originally expected.
It's my belief that they say they have items in stock even when they haven't just to make the sale. I certainly wouldn't believe the stock levels quoted in their website.
Go elsewhere is my advice!

10% off first purchase made a Canon Powershot A75 a good price. Unfortunately the first camera was faulty but it was replaced with no further postage costs. There is no point in ordering an item from their Website without first ringing Simply to check the item is in stock. Ignore stock levels on their website.

Ordering system not real-time therefore when goods notified as in stock, they were not. I ordered a monitor,scanner and printer, neither the printer or the scanner were in stock even though the site said that they were and I had paid for next day delivery and of course never got it. Delay in delivery missed crucial delivery to client. Help desk tried to help but held to ransom by delivery agents who were incredibly unhelpful and in order to get the late delivered items I had to go and collect them myself. Inflexible approach to replacing items meant that you may end up having to pay for an item twice before a credit is sent if an item is faulty!

The website showed the item I wanted as being in stock, so I ordered next day delivery.
It didn't turn up; one of their agent informed me the website was wrong and they expect stock to be in the week after.
One week gone by, I still didn't receive the item on the day promised because they didn't give the courier service my full dispatch address.
I Was subsequently promised delivery the next day, but didn't turn up again.
In total, I have called them 5 times, put on hold for ages and I still haven't received my item after two weeks.

One of the best places i have ordered from. I ordered an ez2disk, on sunday, it arrived on tuesday at 10am!!!! (i had selected 24hr delivery - sundays do not apply). The product worked and still does VERY WELL. All round an EXCELLENT store. I would recommend them to anyone. One bad thing, there is no online tracking, so if you want to find out the status of your product you need to call them (good calling hours though!!!) P.S Very good prices too

This is best store ever I deal with in my life. I ordered sony DVD200E handycam by phone and the customer service was great and excellant, she took my information and she told me you will get this camera next day(tomorrow). I could't belaive until I got it today and the camera in excellant condition and this is what I am looking for. 100% I will buy every time from this store and I advice everyone to buy from it. Excellant price and excellant products espically fast order. Thanks very much for that...:)
