This company does not deserve to be in business. Their cashback system is utterly atrocious, and despite complying with their instructions, I had to fight tooth and nail for every payment. Claims were paid only after I kicked up a massive fuss, and each claim was at least 3 months late (and I was one of the fortunate ones!). Their customer service team were very rude, and on one occasion, the woman even refused to put me through to the right department! Avoid this company like the plague!

My shopping experience with Mobile shop.com started on the 16th July 07 the assistance I received was poor the description was vague, the service from customer services incompetent and lacked the professional skills in both the sales information and the feedback I expected: I can think of no good reason why I should use Mobileshop.com in the future, nor would I recommend Mobileshop.com to anyone. 25-07-07:

I found the website easy and straight forward, It would have been nice to recieve a free gift with my order like I did when shopping with dialaphone, but not every company's the same.

they had a wide range of products but were limited to what payment cards they accepted, so this would prevent some purches being made.

On the whole the service is quite good, however, I do resent the fact that I had to take up the option of free insurance for 1 month knowing that I have to cancel it in writing or risk getting charged £5.99 per month thereafter.

This excellent service included all communications with this company including those communications that involved cash back claims. This is an area where many companies, including some that are said to be 'highly rated' often fall down. Your company's responses to cash back claims that include sending an email message acknowledging that you have received the postal claim is excellent and a large stride ahead of most of your competitors. I have recommended a number of people to use this company and shall continue to do so. Best wishes for your business

Have used MobileShop 3 times and recommended them to others. They have always been excellent. HOWEVER, they are currently delaying cashback payments considerably due to a computer malfuction. This is unfortunate, particularly as the eventual payment date is, as yet, not even estimated.

Used before, came back due to reliability of service, especially cashback, where there are many companies with unreliable reviews. only criticism is the range of deals available on 12 month free 12 month contracts. very very inferior compared to other websites, i have once again had to settle for an extremely basic phone, which creates the need for a comparative decision making process. If Mobileshop offered the same deals as its competitors, the decision would be made immediately.
