I knew nothing about this company before I purchased but their reviews were good and their price was the lowest. I was pleasantly surprised when my order was delivered less than 24 hours after ordering it!

The price for the item was comparable to many other suppliers, but morecomputers had a higher rating for service etc, by other customers AND they were right. I ordered early One morning and it arrived the following day.

WHile price seemed reasonable I was twice told an order would be delivered on a day and it failed to arrive. When the order was delivered (at 8pm after repeated phone calls)I found the monitor to be slightly blurred. I contacted Morecomputers who simply said I could not return the Monitor without a 'Dead on arrival' certificate from IIyama themselves. After adjustment the monitor is OK but I would not buy from them again-two wasted days after promises of delivery are very annoying.

Excellent service - clear Web Site - good value - on-time delivery - what more can I say?

I have no problems with shopping on the website or the customer service, however the delivery of my order has been unacceptably poor to the extent that it hasn't been delivered 21 days after confirmation of delivery within 2 days. This was before the christmas period (15th Dec), but I ordered the item from Morecomputers as the company promised delivery within 2 days of confirmation, better than the business competition could provide. They have failed in their promise on this occassion.

This was my first experience shopping here, and it was a positive one. I hope this is representative!

The merchant was unable/unwilling to accept a credit card that was not UK in origin, irrespective of a UK billing address. This credit exclusion not laid out in the company purchasing terms and conditions, nor was it published anywhere else on their web site. It took several days for the company to respond and decline the card, leaving no time to locate an alternate vendor.

Poor. Ordered a product and were told over a week later that it was no longer being produced. Ordered another product and did not recieve it for a week even though delivery states next day.

On time, In full, no errors, what more needs to be said

Not the cheapest on the net, but certainly one of the fastest in delivery times and prompt.

Excellent delivery and price. Excellent customer service when I had to phone up to check that I had ordered the correct product from your web site. The web site is awfull which is why I have given you an average rating! I had to guess that I had ordered the correct product as there was no obviouse model number reference to check on the iomega site. The forms used for ordering where terrible (suggest you try and place an order yourself!)

A order was placed on line for a product. The retiler was unable to fulfill the order and the order was canceled. The retailer should not allow orders to be placed for orders it cannot fulfill

This is the second time I have purchased items from morecomputers, goods have arrived on time and in good condition.

Mu experience shopping in morecomputers has been satisfactory, I hadn't any problem, everithing was right.

I found there web site easy to use,all in plain english, and each stage from selecting the product to purchasing was very straightforward,and they emailed me straight away with the invoice details,and then next day with the delivery date and time which came by carrier on the exact date and time.All excellent!

Originally I tried another provider who having confirmed stock availabe and next day delivery, only supplied a connecting lead? I contacted them as was told a mistake had been made & the printer would be 2/3 days. Nothing arrives? I am then told they were waiting a delivey, and this could be up to one week. After a week I am then told that the equipment is no longer made? I have returned the cable and requested a refund covering costs including transport and many phone calls. Three week have passed no response! Simply Computers will not get any further business from me.

Web site is excellent and easy to navigate. The whole experience of ordering is painless and the delivery on time.

Although every thing arrived in time and when phoned for information the service was excellent, the email response was poor. I sent an email asking about the product but never, to this day, got a reply. Apart from this i would say they are a top class company who were most efficent and very helpfull.

It was easy to find the product I was after(I first heard about morecomputers from a search in google). The ordering was also easy, and the product came only 2 days later. I am very impressed with morecomputers
