EXCELLENT- GOT DETAILS OF THIS MERCHANT VIA WEB SEARCH HAD EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. WE WOULD HAVE RECEIVED THE ITEM THE DAY AFTER PLACING THE ORDER-BUT AS WE WERE OUT HAD TO GO TO POST OFFICE NEXT DAY TO COLLECT. I was very happy to receive my cartridges two days later and although I have not used them yet, feel convinced they will be allright. I chose this site because there was no postage added on. If, when I use them and they do not come up to scratch, I will be in touch, otherwise I am quite pleased.

Two problems with this order. First, one item was out of stock, they informed me immediately and this is not a problem for me. Second was that some items were missing, 4 cartridges. I emailed them and got an immediate response and the cartridges arrived the next day. Mistakes happen but Mouse2House customer service was excellent

I was very happy with this transaction. The price was goos, it arrived in less than a week and the website was easy to navigate.

Items 4 & 5 - as the goods arrived next day I can't comment here. A good, no hassle, internet shopping site. I've used them before and will certainly use them again.

My Dad recommended the site. I found it easy to locate the product I wanted (and there was a reasonable range of similar products on offer). The price was very reasosnable, especially as it inlcuded P&P. I ordered on a Tuesday and the item arrived on Saturday. Gvien how easy the rest of the experience was this wasn't a problem. However, I felt that the text on the site suggesting that ordered recieved before 3.3 were posted the same day if they were in stock ( which my item apparently was) was misleading. However for the price and ease of the rest of the order a service I will definitely be using again and recommending to others.

The terms and conditions were clearly set out and all the prices were given both excluding and including VAT, so I didn't have to do any complicated navigation or calculations in order to find out exactly how long I could expect to wait for my order to be delivered or what I would have to pay. My order was acknowledged with a friendly and informative email and I was delighted to receive it the following day.

I am still waiting for my goods to arive, they need to keep updated information about product availability. The time I order my toner it show in-stock but I recieved an e-mail shortly after I place my order that this product is out of stock. Also after the first e-mail I am not updated about the delivery time axpected?
