No problems whatsoever, excellent service

Ordered TV at 14:00 and it was delivered at 22:00. A total of 8 hours. So from my point of view I had very little contact with company. Very impressed with delivery time. Would recommend company to friends.

The order process was very easy and the item arrived in perfect condition almost immediately. I would not hestiate to recommend multizonedvd and will certainly use them again.

Everything was OK apart from the fact that the product took a bit too long to arrive. Quick delivery is really important when shopping over the internet.

After being let down by another supplier, I contacted Multizonedvd just before Christmas to see if they had the item in stock. They didn't, but said they were expecting stock the next day and that I would receive it by Christmas if I went for a slightly more expensive delivery option. I placed the order, and was informed via email that the item had been dispatched on time. This put my mind at rest, and was much appreciated in the hectic build up to Christmas. Despite the extra devilery cost, their prices were still very competitive. Using normal devilery methods, the price pretty much matched the lowest I had seen for this particular item. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Quick Delivery even on the run-up to Christmas. There was a minor problem with the equipment due to the DVD being multi-zone. However, fast and friendly service has resolved the issue.

It was good but for the fact of some confusion as to whether the Player had already been sent out or not causing me to say I wanted to cancel the order and almost buying another player only to arrive home and find a delivery note put through the door. Also, the City Link delivery service seemed rubbish.

Multizone would have received an excellent rating had they taken note of my additional delivery instructions entered on the order form.

Ordering from these guys was a breeze. The only problem I had was the fact that to see info on each machine I had to go back to the Region 2 link as the Multi region link state as Region 2, if that makes any sense. Because of that I made a mistake and odered a region 2 mahine in error. However I resolved this by ringing them with little fuss.

Ordered 2.00pm on a Wednesday. Site did not specify stock levels so rang their number - answered after 2 rings by a HUMAN BEING!!!! excellent and polite information. Ordered on line - using standard delivery service - arrived 9.00pm Friday - this was only a week before Christmas - Amazon had none in stock and this was also the cheapest place on line - so impressed I even rang them up to say thanks - Could not recommend more after all the shoddy service I have had on line from the likes of Dixons, Curry's etc.. I don't really want to have to go into lots of detail here. Suffice to say I was massively unimpressed by the customer service offered by this company. It was poor by anybody's standards. However, I got what I wanted, so if you don't mind poor service, they are cheap at least..
