I having found the article available on web telephoned to see if it was in definately in stock and they assured me it was and if I 'e' mailed my requst to them then it would be delivered at upgraded 1st class post. Their price was all inclusive of vat and postage (2nd class) and they were the cheapest. The goods arrived within 36 hours in perfect condition as promised. Well done to this outlet.

I got told that they could not supply the item. A refund was given without any problems. The alternative TV stand was £100 more, which really should have been offered at the same price as the one I ordered or very close to it, not £100 more for an almost identical item.

I have never used this merchant before and knew what product I wanted. As a result of Multizonedvd being the cheapest and also providing free delivery by a courier rather than standard post I was swayed to use them. The product was delivered next day securely and quickly and as a result I will definitely recommend them and use them again. The only thing that could make them better is order tracking and being able to specify an alternate delivery address to the credit card holders address.

DVd arrived within 2 days - Excellent service, definitely use them again.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICE WERE EXCELLENT, ONLY LET DOWN BY COURIER SERVICE USED. NEXT DAY DELIVERY PROMISED, NO ONE SHOWED, NO CARD THROUGH LETTERBOX, THEY RECKON SOMEONE CALLED BUT NO ONE IN (NO CHANCE)!! COLLECTED MYSELF, ONLY TO FIND IT WAS BROKEN. CONTACTED MULTIZONE WHO ARRANGED FOR COLLECTION OF OLD AND DELIVERY OF NEW UNIT 2 DAYS LATER (10/10 THERE FROM MULTIZONE), ASKED DELIVERY DRIVER COULD I OPEN IT TO LOOK FOR DAMADGE BEFORE SIGNING, HE REFUSED, REALLY ANNOYED AT THIS POINT, FOLLOWING A SHORT DEBATE I SIGNED WITH AN INCLUSION STATING "CONTENTS UNCHECKED". UPON OPENING THIS UNIT I NOTICED IT HAD BEEN DROPPED ON ONE CORNER, ALTHOUGH UNIT APPEARS TO BE OK. MULTIZONE THEMSELVES NO PROBLEM AT ALL 10/10. BUT AS LONG AS THEY USE THAT SAME COURIER COMPANY, I WONT BE BUYING FROM AGAIN, SORRY!!

I received an immediate order confirmation but no idea of likely delivery date. I called them yesterday and they said it would be a further 2 weeks. I do not have a problem with this but think they should have given me an idea of likely delivery times at the time of order. However the price was very good and as long as I now get the product in 2 weeks I'll be happy and would use them again if the price was right.

I ordered the Sony LCD TV on Sunday afternoon and it arrived in perfect order on the following Tuesday morning. A very rapid supply of a quality product

Asked for recommendations within my budget and they told me to buy something GBP50 cheaper than that budget (they could have just told me to buy something as close to my budget as possible!). Then I ordered 10am Tuesday and the DVD player was delivered 1pm Wednesday! 27 hours is not bad at all!

From ordering to delivery less than 40 hours in total. Well done.

The shopping experience at multizondvd is extremely easy.The web site is easy to use and if you have to contact the merchant their staff are very helpfull. I was also surprised by the speed of delivery which has always been quick and on time

I have bought other items from this merchant and have received excellent service and good responses to my email and telephone responses. They stand out from many others

I am unable to comment on order tracking because I did not receive an email detailing when the order would arrive, just one deatiling the invoice details. This may have been a technology glitch or an oversight, as it happens it didn't matter as the order came the samr day as the invoice.

However their use of Courier company needs to be reviewed. Many problems with delivery.
