My limited experience with MultizoneAV was very positive, good quick delivery. On the other hand it was not always clear whether items were in stock and it was not always easy to see what I was buying on the web site (eg that it was only 1 RAM disk).

Because the delivery was only 9-5 monday to friday and I work during the day I was forced to pick up the item personally from the depot. It would have been easier if there had been an option to arrange for delivery on Sat/Sun or out of hours in the week (even if that had involved a small surcharge) However, despite this issue, I am happy with the purchase and service I received

I checked for the right package to order, ordered, it arrived next day. I cant get my DVD media to work with it yet, but, that is another issue!!!

Quick efficient and most helpful. Definately my first stop for TV/Hi Fi needs.

Initially, the unit did not work correctly. My 'phone call to the supplier resulted in an instruction to return the unit to Panasonic. Not wanting to do this, I persisted with trial and error testing and discovered that the scart link was faulty, purchesed a new cable locally and found that all is now well. I am 'out of pocket' by the cost of this cable and the useless 'phone call !

DVD player arrived within two days. Out of the box it wasn't multi-region, so I rang customer services. The phone was answered immediately and the handset instructions given without hesitation. Excellent service.

Very pleased - goods arrived within a week of ordering them, would recommend them and would gladly use them again.

A pre-christmas order for which Multizone advised the extra cost of next day delivery as these got priority stock allocation. I felt this was a bit of a leg lift, but what the heck. Next day delivery became three days, but I'm delighted with the product and certainly the price.

Very Quick, ordered on Fri Received the following Monday, with free delivery. everything in good working order. definately recommended

With my order I also wanted a Panasonic 4.7GB DVD-RAM which was not deliverd with the recorder.When I contacted the company to inform them of the missing item they insisted that the DVD-RAM had been packed and checked.I assured them that it was missing.I am now waiting for the DVD-RAM to be sent to me by post.

Products need to be packed better - some of the dvd cases were broken

I found the level of customer service excellent. When a problem occurred I was called rather than emailed, so that amendments could be made immediately. The staff were very helpful. When the product I wanted was not available to deliver before christmas, they gave me a dearer model which was available - at the same price.

I've shopped at multizoneav on many occasions and I've never encountered a problem.The goods are always delivered on time and in perfect condition.On the occasions I've had to contact the merchant I've found the staff polite and very helpfull

I was very impressed as The good arrived on time and in good condition. The web site was very useful and prces were very reasonable. I would recommend using multizone dvd through their web site. Unfortunately they wanted extra £15 if I wanted to collect the item which thought was odd.

Very good value for money but I was disappointed when my family couldnt sign for it intially and so was delayed by a day extra shipping = more chance of breakage in the future. I had to tell multizone to let my family sign for it which was irritating as anyone at my address should be able to sign for it. Waste of time but excellent value for money nonetheless.

I was contacted by Multizone on the day of order because of a slight difference in address on my visa card. This was sorted immediately and the item was despatched that evening, arriving two days afterwards, as promised.

I cancelled the order with multizonedvd. This was nothing to do with their service, but upon trying to send them emails to cancel the order, they just rejected the email, even though their website states you can contact them this way. I've tried ringing them and they informed me to sent a 'quick email'! In the end i've had to send a letter recorded delivery. Hopefully this will be sufficient. Not good, friendly customer service in my opinion.
