What I purchased was a xmas present - and I specificicly asked for the driver to give me a call 20 min before delivery to my big unpleasent surprice the parcel was delivered while I was NOT at home and my husband (to whom the present was for) signed for the parcel! NOT A VERY NICE surprise - and VERY POOR customer service!

Placed order one day goods arrived the following day in good condition. Did pay for faster delivery. Excellent service, good price. Would use them again.

i ordered the product and the company gave the impression they had it in stock. they never did have in stock or bothered to contact me. after countless attempts to contact them i managed to speak to someone who said they did not have it in and offered me an alternative which was over 100gbp more. I would not usethis firm again.

We are inexperienced online shoppers. The help and assistance received from Multizones technical support team via telephone clinched the deal. Their website was easy to use, the orde was placed, order status was emailed to us and item received within delivery time quoted. What more can I say but, Excellent.

I was expecting an e-mail from the supplier but I was not worried that I had not yet received one, as it was coming up to Christmas & the 28 days that I should have allowed for delivery (at busy times) would mean that delivery might not have been until after Christmas. However, I did have a phone call from the delivery company the day before the delivery, which was well in time for Christmas. So, well done Multizonedvd!

Much easier than walking into a highstreet chain and being told "sorry, we don't sell multi-region players here" - and excellent value for money.

goods not delivered when promised funds taken from credit card before shipment - goods still not arrived over two weeks later very dissatisfying experience - will not be repeated or recommended

When I originally made the order, the item was showing as In Stock. I even called to make sure that it was ordered in time for delivery before Christmas. I heard nothing for a couple of days and recieved no mails regarding delivery so I called again, only to be told that the item was on backorder and would not be delivered until after Christmas. Had I known this at the time I would not have placed the order. I tried to cancel the order and had problems with the customer service people who kept insisting I order another similar DVD recorder. I have now cancelled the order but still have not received confirmation that it has been cancelled. I can only say this is the worst experience of internet shopping I have ever experienced.

Helpfull when I phoned. On line order was easy. Goods arrived on time & in good condition. Price was very good.

Packaging was ripped on arrival (brown paper) but product was in good condition.

Really pleased with the product and the speed of dispatch etc. Was slightly worried with the run-up to Christmas but no need to be. Will use again....

Order date 4.12.04 by internet.Phoned 5.12.04, told delivery date 12.12.04(confirmation would be sent by email)Phoned 9.12.04(no email confirmation).Problem in making multi regein.In the end I cancel order because I seemed to be the one doing all the chasing.

When I placed my order missed seeing delivery terms and waited longer than I should have. When I contacted them I have to say Multizone were great and got my product DVD in very quick time when I needed it.

Straight fowrad, accurate what you expect from a good Company

Ordered a Sony KD28DX200 TV on a monday. It was delivered by courier the following monday - no problems. Good price including delivery, will use them again. However it would be better to know which day the courier is due to deliver so the customer can arrange to be in to receive the goods!!

I am still waiting to receive the order after 12 days even though I telephoned to enquire wher e the goods were after 7 days

everything was fine apart from when i received the camcorder the packaging was torn so it made you think someone had been looking at it but when opening it seemed in order. one question i would like to ask is i cannot get the video on my computer even reading instructions over and over. could there be a problem my computer is brand new windows xp p4?

I placed the order they e-mailed when it was posted and I received within 48 hours. What I got was what I ordered.Some high street store were charging up to £130 more for the DVD I ordered.

Absolutely no hassle - goods received exceptionally quickly - I was surprised and very pleased

Web site was easy to use. There is nothing to show stock availability even though the pop up survey asks you about it. Never sent me a despatch confirmation and I had to goto the depot to collect it (twice since initial city made a mistake on it). Best pricing that I have seen.
