Excellent service. Would use again in the future.

Emailed twice to find out when the product would be shipped but got no response either from 'sales' or 'support'. Product took 6 days to arrive and I find that poor given that the company is in Romford and the delivery address was SW1. Wouldn't stop me using the company again but I may have lesser expectations of prompt delivery.

Would have been nice to have a delivery tracking number so I could have checked with the carrier when delivery was due.

Seemed OK, But paid for next day delivery and it did not come. After contacting mulitzonedvd, they thought that Friday was the day after Tuesday!! After a short discussion I was refunded the next day delivery charge and the product arrived as prommised on the Friday.

Shopping with this merchant was easy and straight forward. I was able to call them for advise before purchasing the dvd player and it arrived on time.

Order was made and confirmation was recieved by email, although no estimated dispatch date was given at any time. I was told that I would be sent an email when the goods were dispatched. The goods were delivered on time by courier within 4 days (told up to 14 days) but the dispatch email never came. Overall I am very happy with the service and with the product and would recommend both.

The unit had a problem when received. I have tried to contact the merchant by phone and e-mail (ywice) with no response. Very disappointing.

It would be better if the company specified that I needed to provide the proof of address before I processed the order (ie. on the web site before I confirm the purchase). Instead I first realised the fact in the e-mail confirmation of purchase sent from them. Also it was written at the bottom of the e-mail so it could have been ignored and I don't know what would happen then. 4 days after I provided the proof I received the confirmation of delivery and the following day I received the item, which was good.

I found it a very pleasant experience. When ordering I realized the quatity ordered was 2 instead of 1. I rang the merchant and the inconsistency was rectified immediately. Tv & Video arrived within first 10 days without DVD had to ring to ask what had happened -out of stock- no email to inform me. told would be another 2 weeks then when rang back in 2 weeks told another week. rang back after 9 days to be told they had them in stock for days and had not sent mine out would have picked up this oversight the following week(allegedly)will have by mon. mon attempted delivery but nobody in would not leave with neighbour(even though TV & Video left with them!!) have to arrange for someone to sit in tomorrow when hopefully I will receive DVD.

No hassle. Clear web site and process was quick.

I telephoned customer services in the morning for information on the product I had seen advertised. The man was extremely helpful and in true salesman style managed to convince me I needed the upgraded model and three tapes also. I considered the offer and ordered the goods at 5.00pm and at 9.00am two days later the items were delivered. What more could I ask?

I was pleased with the follow up details telling me about delivery time after my order went through. The package was delivered the day I expected it to be so was extremely pleased that there was no need for me to make time consuming phone calls as has happened in the past with other companies. Thankyou.

Person I called was polite, efficient and appeared not in a hurry to get off the phone (as most web sellers are). He offered advice and sounded like I could trust him. The latter made me decide to buy from Multizonedvd. Think his name was Hal.

MultizoneDVD have a store so can be aproached in person if required. They were available over the phone and offered informed advice. They were priced competitively and delivered the order from stock, 2 day delivery. I would purchasing from them again.

Ordered my Toshiba RD SX32 on a Saturday night, got despatch Email Monday and recieved it on tuesday. The only thing I did was give them a call to make sure they had stock. Good price with excellent included dellivery.

When I ordered I was unable to see whether the product was in stock or not. I would have appreciated more information as to the state of my order once my card payment had been processed, it took time for me to be advised that the recorder had been shipped. I would just have liked more knowledge of where the recorder was in the sales process.
