Good web site, very clear and logical. It would help if post and packaging charges were more clearly advised before having to get to the Check Out page - maybe a seperate web page with this information on it.

Web site good, ordering very easy. Product should have been with me within 5 days. I followed the tracking process for 3 days up to the 5th day and the goods never moved from "order procesing". On the 5th day, I rang to check on progress and my order seemed to have been overlooked. Once this had been pointed out a very pleasant and helpful lady found the stalled order, had it sent overnight and I received it at 09.30 the next morning. Very impressive recovery.
