excellent service for ordering and receiving quick response.the only problem i had was the colour cartridge which was included with the printer appeared to have dried out.i purchased another one from you and replaced it and now i am fully satisfied with my printer.i hasten toadd this was of no fault of your own, i can only assume the storage time.
