The right goods in good condition. Paid for express delivery but this still took 2 working days which in my case was from Thursday order to Monday delivery - not so express. Received an e mail to say the goods had been dispatched on the day of delivery - this lead me to phone to enquire about delivery date thus wasting my time and the Oyyy CS girls time since the goods were about to be delivered. If Oyyy can tighten up a bit and if they could enable on line tracking of delivery they should do well.

They always seem to have what you want and the prices are very competitive.

I ordered 2 printer ink cartridges, I received 1 the next day (quicker than expected) but I am still waiting for the other although it was supposed to be in stock. I placed my order back on the 17th October ie 2 weeks ago, therefore I contacted Oyyy by email on 23rd October and received no response therefore I telephoned on 24th and was assured that this outstanding item would be in stock at the end of last week. Still waiting, I think that I will ask for a refund!

I'd never heard of Oyyy before finding them on DealTime however having worked for a small online company I knew some of them could come up with the goods. Before ordering I mailed customer services with an enquiry, the reply was fairly non-committal but was prompt and having received my goods I'm pleased to say accurate. I got free standard delivery with my order, which was placed at about 2pm. I recieved the item the next day, which was excellent. I would recommend this retailer.

Oyyy was a new vendor so it felt like a risk but the products came through very fast and the email notification on all aspects was imediate. The follow up documentation was swift too. I have no problem in recomending them and will be using them again. Excelent pricing excelent service.

No problem with ordering or the items once received. Just bit concerend then when I tracked my order there were two orders for the same items!

I found their prompt responses to the order and queries courteous and to the point and delivery well within time. A suggestion (but not criticism) is to remind prospective purchasers of this and similar items that the USB cable they will need is also available as an optional extra (probably at a price cheaper than at local retail shops!). To order this item from them later would of course attract additional delivery charges.
