PMC Telecom

First class, following my intial purchase, I bought another product from PMC. I didn't recieve an expected despatch e-mail, so I thought suspected something was wrong when the next day I recieved a personnel phone call advising me that the product had to be withdrawn. This marks out this supplier as offering true customer communication and customer service.

I bought a set of phones for a birthday present. They were delivered to the correct address (different to the billing address)in a timely manor. As before the whole experience was straight forward.

The original telephone was delivered minus the special connection. A replacement arrived the following day (excellent), but unfortunately the telephone did not operate correctly. It was returned and a completely different model was chosen and is operating very well. My original purchase price plus postage was returned to my account within three days and the cost of the new telephone deducted. The original telephone order was by telephone and the subsequent order was by the on-line site. No problems with either. I was rather surprised just how easy both methods were.

I was sent the wrong phone. The process for returning it was slow and messy - I felt inconvenienced - had to print labels and make lots of phone calls at my cost. I did eventually get the right one, but only because I pressed really hard to get it. You are now forcing me to choose an option for q6 and I don't want to - my answer is that I've had good experience of this company in the past, but will shop around more next time and so I genuinely don't know if I would buy from them again. I will say no, but that's not my answer.

Whilst there were several problems that were experienced in the delivery of the goods, pmctelecom were exceptionally professional and with good communication retained their integrity and my custom.

The product that I required was available in stock and was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, just as I hoped it would be. This is the type of service that I am used to and have come to expect from reputable on-line traders.

Good shopping experience. !st time I have used PMC but was impressed. Cheaper than most for the package we wanted. Ability to track the order via UPS was very good. Was able to track to order to the point where I could look out of my window and see the van delivering.
