The site was easy to follow, and the pictures of the purchase were accurate. The goods arrived on time and in good condition. I was very impressed with the service. I will be plugging in the new machine in the next couple of days.

only one prob the cd was missing from the package but one phone call and it was sent on the only trouble is it does not work on my computer at the moment i do not know if it is the disk or the computer

The odering process was quick and easy. Confirmation of my order was sent immediately with an estimate of the date for delivery. My order was delivered within the timescale advised. A very satisfactory service and I would have no hesitation in using PMC in the future.

Easy to use website. Got a call from sales to check on the items I had ordered to ensure that they were correct (as the headphones were for a different phone and wouldn't work with answerphone, they checked I knew that). Arrived quickly. My only negative would be that the phone and headset are not excellent quality, but pretty much what I'd expect for the price.

Wander 'phone battery failed on a Thursday evening. Ordered battery on line on Friday morning. Battery arrived and was fitted by 10am Saturday morning. This superb service could not have been bettered.

I'm a designer so i might be over critical about the site design from a personal point of view- it's a bit garish and cluttered BUT the service and product offering is OUTSTANDING, so it serves me right and I shouldn't judge a book by its cover. excellent range excellent and very easy to use check out my phone was the cheapest price on the web excellent communication after ordering arrived the next day and I love it. Like I said, OUTSTANDING all round...they know their onions and I will use again.

The product arrived quite quickly, but unfortunately the key pad is 'sticky' and I have to re-dial the number several times before I get through. Unsure if I should return the 'phone as this is the only wall-mounted 'phone I have found with large keys and I like being able to see the number I'm calling easily.

Good selection of products as I looked everywhere for vintage style touch tone phone. Yours was the best selection. Also good clear website. My only problem was the charges. I think the total cost with vat should have been listed in the full price rather than seperated. Was this done deliberately to make the item look cheaper? If this was done you would have got a 5 star rating.

The problem was that the phone advertised on the web site (Binatone 500) was shown as a corded answerphone but when the product arrived it was evident that no answerphone operated with this phone. This was confirmed when I spoke to Binatone itself. I contacted PMC and they confirmed this was the case and sent me a Binatone 600 corded phone which has the answerphone machine, to replace the phone. They were apologetic and made no further charges, but i had to hang around for a few hours waiting for the courier to collect the parcel which was inconvenient. The initial error was on the web site and PMC acted well once they were made aware of the error. Unfortunately, I still ended up hanging around for a courier to collect the Binatone 500, which meant some inconvenience for me as a result of their error. A voucher for some value might have been appropriate in the circumstances.

I was very pleased with my purchase and with the fast delivery , I was also sent an email telling me when my purchase was despatched. I would reccomend PMC Telecom to anyone .

Easy to order and delivered within two working days! Couldn't ask for much more really.
