Your prices did not include VAT. Thus when Carriage VAT was included, the item was much more expensive than appeared to be the case while searching. Most merchants include VAT in the prices shown. One can expect carriage to additional as this may be a variable omount. VAT is not!

It was was my first purchase and thought the service was excellent I am 76yrs of age and found the instructions easy to follow.

Everything seemed to go brilliantly, except that I was sent a 'used' product, with no instructions. It was returned to PMC Telecom on Wednesday and another, hopefully new product is en route to me according to the shipper's tracking website. Whilst I expect it to arrive on Monday, I have therefore had to wait for over 10 days for it to arrive, rather than the expected 3 days. I had hoped to get it 'installed' over the bank holiday weekend......!

They have great stock, the prices were reasonable and the service good.The only thing that upset me was that the courier delivered it to a neighbour even though I'd put a note on the door saying that I was in and expecting them.

Item i bought is very good although I either mis-read or did not understand that when i made the original purchase the price was only valid if i bought a telephone at the same time. PMC got in touch and I had to pay £10 more. Not a problem, but the website ideally, should have picked this up during the checkout. John

PMC have a good range of products to choose from. The prices were reasonable and I did not have to wait long for my order to be delivered. I would recommend this site to other people.

only one prob the cd was missing from the package but one phone call and it was sent on the only trouble is it does not work on my computer at the moment i do not know if it is the disk or the computer

The odering process was quick and easy. Confirmation of my order was sent immediately with an estimate of the date for delivery. My order was delivered within the timescale advised. A very satisfactory service and I would have no hesitation in using PMC in the future.
