I do have one small problem i was going to e-mail about.
I do not understand how to set the back up on my computer.
It works well on recording tv.programs.

I paid £4.34 for next day delivery. I ordered on Monday 19 July and received my order on Thursday 22 July clearly not "next day".
I order very frequently through Amazon and usually have my goods delivered "FREE Super Saver Delivery" always within the same three days I have paid £4.34 with your company.
To end on a positive note I'm happy with the drive, not unexpectedly it's a tad slow but works both on my PC (Windows 7) and my new MacPro laptop.

Overall I am satisfied with the service I received.I ordered the hard drive on Sunday,and it arrived early Tuesday morning.My only concern was,when I removed the bubble wrap from the package,I noticed damage to one corner of the box containing the drive.It appeared to have been dropped,fortunately there was no damage,but more by luck than judgement.The box had obviously been badly handled somewhere on route,and could have sustained damage.

Product arrived next day. I had a little difficulty understanding some of the manual, but only because it was written in average English! Icontacted the help line and had an email back immediately (at 0100 hrs) and when I called on Saturday afternoon to follow up, the same person called me back within half an hour and resolved my issues quickly and with great charm. Excellent service. I have already recommended them to a work colleague

If you know what you're doing with computers these guys are excellent - the layout of the website is clear and reasonably user friendly. I actually purchased the wrong format hard drive but that was my fault and not theirs. Despatch is pronpt and packaging good. As a company I recommend them but if you don't know exactly what you need ask someone who can advise you before you go online to place your order!

Well laid out website drove me straight to the required product. Was a slight problem with PayPal payment which Smalldrives resolved by email late on a Sunday evening. Goods received within 36 hours. A question about an unexpected additional button on the product was responded to within a few hours. Overall performance is excellent and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
