3 issues. If not resolved we shall not order from Pixmania again.
1. Digital camera supplied without English instructions.
2. Without an English mains plug or adaptor for the battery charger.
3. Camera menus in French; without English instructions it was very difficult to change.
Please provide an English charger lead and English instruction manual available from Panasonic.
Please reply within 24 hours.

Following previous review forgot to say that camera instruction booklet came only in French - useless to us! Will request an English one; we'll see what happens...

Thanks for having the facility for urgent deliveries thus getting the camera to me in time to give it as a Christmas present. The only irritation was the the fact that Zen Engagement was not optional and therefore, I thought, ought to be part of the selling price. I wanted to find out more so phoned the number on screen, but after four attempts, where I went though loads of mulitiple choices only to be cut off at the final waiting moment, I gave up and just paid the money.

I have used the site several times and been very pleased with everything.
The only comment that I would make is not to confuse this site with pixmania.com as this prices eveything in Euros and the time I ordered from the site I received an owners guide written in French.
I would certainly recommend buying from pixmania.co.uk

Item was shown as in stock when ordered but next day advised out of stock. Advised would be in stock 7/10 days but after this period advised further 7 days. Order cancelled. Refund was paid promptly. No apology received.

Fining the product I wanted on the website was painless as was the ordering and payment process. Goods delivered when expected, well packed and in good condition. The only downside to the purchase was that the instruction booklet in the box is not in English and you need to read them from a supplied CD which makes it a little difficult when you are giving the present on Christmas day whilst away on holiday without access to a computer!

Ordered a cooker on line. Easy transaction and the right cooker appeared on the second attempted delivery. There was confusion about times which was unfortunate as I had arranged a housesitter in my absence. Little negociation was possible about delivery slots. Again unfortunate and a logistical nightmare! Delivery men helpful and removed old cooker at a very modest price.

I was told I would receive the item as soon as in stock, I tracked my order and descovered it was in stock on the system but received an email to say it would not be ready for another four weeks. I cancelled the order.

Am still waiting for electric cable, which I queried by phone and was promised would be sent. The electric plug supplied was for France - not England - with no conversion. I suppose I will have to chase this up again, (- and again?- and again?) and have virtually given up hope of service.

I have contacted both the merchant and yourselves, neither of you have been helfull, if anything you have been obstructive! I have never recieved the goods that i ordered despite repeated promises that i would. I have not been credited back for the value of the item, again despite repeated promises!
I have not been treated well by your company and if it were possible i would take you to court over this matter!!!!

This time fine. Last time I ordered a camera, was promised delivery in 4 days and it arrived 14 days later, after I had returned from the trip of a lifetime for which it was required. I always said I would never use Pixmania again - but I have and I am glad they have improved.

Good price for product, comparing to other shops, despite the cost for delivery being a bit excessive. Overall a good merchant, with a nice tracking/delivery service. No problems at all!

After placing my order, I was sent an email requesting to send a copy of two forms of ID. Never had to do that before, so I was suspicious and there was nothing in the order process (or T&Cs) to warn me I would have to do this. It IS listed as a requirement in their FAQs, but then you're not forced to read those while placing an order. I felt this lack of clarity added unneccessary delay to the order processing, but in the end my goods were delivered on time, in top condition and at a great price!

Ordering on a Friday is not recommended as nothing happened until the following Monday. The overall time to delivery was 7 days.

I was somewhat concerned that the checkout automatically added 'Zen Engagement' cost to the bill and there was no obvious way to remove this. I almost abandoned buying at this supplier; but Customer Services were prompt when emailed in telling me how to opt out of this extra cost.
Incidentally the Zen cost seems quite reasonable - it's just that I know from long experience that I never get to use extra guarantees even on the rare occasions that they apply.

dvd hd recorder - foreign plug waited weeks for adapter - keyring no instructions, never rec'd - It isn't clear that you are dealing with a french company & goods have to be returned to france at own cost

We could not ask for a better service. Ordering the flat screen television was easy, up date of process of order excellent and delivery as specified to the minute. What else could anyone ask for?
