After placing my order, I was sent an email requesting to send a copy of two forms of ID. Never had to do that before, so I was suspicious and there was nothing in the order process (or T&Cs) to warn me I would have to do this. It IS listed as a requirement in their FAQs, but then you're not forced to read those while placing an order. I felt this lack of clarity added unneccessary delay to the order processing, but in the end my goods were delivered on time, in top condition and at a great price!

Ordering on a Friday is not recommended as nothing happened until the following Monday. The overall time to delivery was 7 days.

I was somewhat concerned that the checkout automatically added 'Zen Engagement' cost to the bill and there was no obvious way to remove this. I almost abandoned buying at this supplier; but Customer Services were prompt when emailed in telling me how to opt out of this extra cost.
Incidentally the Zen cost seems quite reasonable - it's just that I know from long experience that I never get to use extra guarantees even on the rare occasions that they apply.

dvd hd recorder - foreign plug waited weeks for adapter - keyring no instructions, never rec'd - It isn't clear that you are dealing with a french company & goods have to be returned to france at own cost

We could not ask for a better service. Ordering the flat screen television was easy, up date of process of order excellent and delivery as specified to the minute. What else could anyone ask for?

The printer arrived without problem. the had problems. Originally a different item was ordered. It took several attempts by both email, which was never replied to although the site said I would get a reply within 24 hours, and three calls to customer service to have the proper item delivered.

Beggars Belief! Their customer service department is at best useless, at worst appalling. The call centre cannot understand what I was explaining. Still awaiting replacement TV (It worked for only 5 days) A very unwelcome shopping experience which I will actively discourage others from using this site. Their standards of ensuring customer satisfaction are quite clearly non-existent.

Quite surprised to get a great price and quick delivery on a laptop - thought they only sold cameras. I have now bought 2 laptops from them. Would use again.

ordering and delivery excellent,where you were
let down was the packaging and safty of the product
in this case a camera. The package was torn and the
camera and bits were just thrown into a bigger box
and allowed to be rolled and bounced about. The first thing you read in the camera instructions
is not to bounce or drop the camera.In this case
the camera is ok .

Although I am a very experienced web user and shop online a lot, I was slightly uneasy about using Pixmania as they are not based in the UK and there are some negative comments in customer reviews - more than I would expect as a matter of course. However, I cannot fault either the service or the product received. I still wonder how I would have fared if I'd needed to return the product, however.
Bottom line - I would use them again.

Website was easy to use. Camera arrived promtly and well wrapped. Camera case was missing. E-mailed customer service, received 2 e-mails since but not yet received case - 8 days have passed.

(a) flat screen tele
(b) problems arose with my credit card (the first time in my life) and it was difficult to deal with.
I was asked for sensitive details even a photo id.
My first phone call was to foreign person who I could not understand. I was about to give up on the order and phoned again and a chap called adrian saved the day and the tele was sent the next day.Tt took about two weeks to obtain my order.
I believe that if something is wrong, the company has difficulties

Manual came in French, but english version was included on accompanying CD - this was described as a possibility in the product description. Overall a great product at a great price.
