It was cheap for this product and it did what it said. Not good not bad but a reliable web retailer.

Goods not received - lost in post and - supposed to have been deliverd by Post Office and I suppose I will have to pursue the Post Office. Referred by pixmania to supplier and the supplier told me the cable had been delivered, somebody in the supply chain should take responsibilty for the poor service of it.

When trying to place initially the order for a Maxtor OneTouch4Mini I had problems with the appearance of non-requested items. Afterwards all was fine and my order arrived on time and in good condition. I was surprised when I was told that I did not have to sign a delivery receipt. Upon opening the package and looking at the instructions I was disappointed with the ambiguous instruction on how to connect it. I may decide to write to the manufacturer.
I do no know who is the selected merchant.

I purchased a SONY DSC-W170 Cyber-shot Camera.
Delivery was as promised, and I cannot fault this service.

everything was good but I was a bit annoyed to find that I had to provide my passport and utility bill details again. as I have shopped at Pixmania before I would have hoped that my details were already on file.

Happy with the product. My only reservations are that 1. When ordering it is a faff to remove the optional VIPIX membership as it is included in the purchase price, and 2. The camera came in a cardboard box with no additional packaging to protect it which I did not think was very good.

the nikon l16 came within 4 days i was able track it which enabled me to be in when it was deliverd. the only problem i found , the manual book had no english instructions. all the camaras i have had before have? i am finding it hard to follow from disc on the computer i know it can be down loaded, but there are 124 pages. i need some thing i can carry with me.hope you will be able to help me regards m a dobson..

Pixmania would have hit 100% Excellent! had they not chosen to add a non requested support package at £14 & there were two (2) carriage charges that did not make sense - cure these types of issues and as I say above! It would have been excellent?

Nightmare returns procedure for faulty goods. Don't buy anything if you need it in a hurry. If something is faulty it can take over 2-3 months to receive the item back if at all.
I will never us Pixmania again.

Item returned to Pixmania within 7 days of purchase as the item was not as expected and did not pick up a GPS signal. It has taken over two weeks to get a response from them to say they received the returned item and now they say it will take at least 40 days for a refund. Not an unacceptable level of customer service.
