I ordered a Rangemaster cooker and hood. The staff on the telephone were both polite and helpful. Ordering on-line was easy. Once ordered I was kept fully informed as to the progress of my order and delivery was very quick.
I would definitely use Pixmania again.

Product came with wrong mains lead and instruction - am still trying to get the correct ones but the after sales support is appalling. Lots of FAQs but not easy to find who to contact to get the right lead and manual. Help!!!!

Very good service indeed and I would certainly recommend Pixmania. The only aspect of the experience with them that I did not like, in fact it made me quite angry, was that they included additional Pixmania services in my shopping basket which I had to delete. These should not have been there in the first place.

Easy and prompt. Since the purchase of the above, it failed to work after a couple of months. The process for returns and the subsequent tracking were extremely efficient and the item was replaced.

dont like the idea of "Zen" being automatically added to the order, its only an extended warrenty trick.
half price postage, if you order a ViPix card, would be a good idea, if you actually did get half price postage, they failed me here. when i phoned about this, they appologised and said they would refund the difference.... they didn't.

this is a difficult one, as I have bought from pixmania before and been more than happy with all aspects of their service. However on this occasion it was dreadful. My goods were not delivered on time. Theny order was cancelled and issued with a new order number without my knowledge so it was impossible to track. On the second date of delivery I was told about the order change and the guy I spoke with was
incredibly unsympathetic to my situation. He told
me I had to call someone else to deal with my problem. When I did, I was told that actually the person I spoke with before was supposed to deal with it. When I called back I was relieved to find I was put through to a different person who dealt with the situation promptly and efficiently.

I ordered two dryers, one for my house and one for my other house next door.
Your delivery men helped me deliver and put them both in the houses.

fine untill it went wrong. then a nightmare to get sorted out.I was lied to and treated like a third rate customer. to get to speak to someone in authority was virtually impossible so took ages to complain. No one would ever put me through. Only managed by being more obnoxious then they were!

The delivery was unacceptable.The driver refused to wait for 10 minutes, and the following slot offered was 10 days later.He could have been held up in traffic for longer than that.Are they a service for the customer ? It didn't feel like it.I will not use them again

Do not shop at Pixmainia! I ordered a MP3 player for my daughter on December 15th and was guaranteed for xmas and the product has not been delivered and its nearly MARCH!!! I have had many emails stating the "supervisor" is dealing with this personally and i will receive a refund within 48 hours but none yet. This happened with a dvd player aswell and i finally recieved the product 3 months later with a 2 pin plug. At least i can watch my films on holiday in France.
