I found pixmainia an excellent seller. The products arrived quicky, the package i bought was nearly £200 cheaper than anywhere else and i did a lot of shopping around. The only drawback was that the instruction manual was the french version but after a quick look around on the web i downloaded the english pdf version for free anyway. I would definately shop at pixmania again, good service and good value.

Good and quick service. Need to read the specs as little things may be awkward sometimes. In my case the manuals were in French for some strange reason, but this did not disturb me to by my digital camera at a very competitive price!

Apart from a small problem with verifying the corporate credit card, the whole process was quick and easy. The company actually rang back when I had question about the products, the information that is contained on their website is comprehensive and the shopping basket is easy to use. The delivery was easy to follow it arrived at East Midlands Airport at 04:25 and was delivered here about 15:00 that afternoon. Everything was very well packaged. From start to finish this company have offered a first class service and I would recommend them to anyone.

My delivery was lost by Parcel Force and it has so far taken a week to have this confirmed by Parcel Force and a new order sent to me. I have now been told that if I send in a copy of my passport it will speed the process up, something I should have been told initially. It has now been over two weeks since I made my order and there is still no prospect of me receiving my camcorder. I am going on holiday in 10 days, my reason for buying the camcorder so if I don't receive it soon I will be cancelling my order.

It was easy to find what I was looking for. This was the second time we have purchased from them and this was much better than the first. The web site is user friendly and prices are hard to beat. Keep it up!

The fact the bill came up in €s as well as £s was a little confusing. Perhaps, for the UK market, it could be displayed in £s only.

I ordered a kodak dx7590 plus accessories via express delivery(24HRS).I got goods a week later but did not receive my 1 gb memory card.Very difficult to contact after sale as my mails were returned via automatic mail telling me to go through their frequently asked questions section.Would not shop here again.

Good selection of items priced equally good. The ordering was easy and the parcel arrived wrapped in a black bag so it does not look attractive. The delivery was on time. Overall, happy with the purchase and will use the site again.

WEb site very easy to use, products appear well stocked for delivery, only concern, does not appear to be easy to contact on any back-up queries, ie instruction manual for camera came in French & I required an english one, finally ended up going direct to Canon web site.

I would shop again but only based upon the pricing of the goods, using the website to view products is good. When it comes to place an order this can prove to be quite difficult & annoying, as is viewing any orders onced placed.
