I ordered a kodak 7300 camera from pixmania and it was delivered 3 days later. Excellent service. Would definitely buy from them again and would recommend to others.

The birthday offer was nice, but it had a caviat on it in so much that it had to be used for a purchase of over £100. Great if I wanted to spend that at the time, but I did not need to spend that ammount, so it was wasted in that respect as it has a 30 day vallidation only. Otherwise i am very satisfied with all my purchases

overall a very good service nb didnt advise in literature that the camera came with battery charger as standard - consequently I now have 2x battery chargers as I selected a package that included additional batteries AND charger

Pixmania has a very user friendly website and offers an easy ordering process. I ordered an olympus digital camera which unfortunately arrived faulty. This is where their apparent good customer service fails - the staff are unhelpful almost to the point of being rude. They say the product will take 3 to 4 weeks to test which to me is unacceptable. I would strongly not recommend this company.

Well organized.My order was a day late not by Pixmania's fault but by the delivery company.

I haven't given Pixmania a very good rating this time. My first experience was excellent. But for this order I requested overnight delivery and was billed for it but the product was not shipped until the time when it was supposed to be delivered. I had a very difficult time getting any information from Customer Service -- the person on the phone would only say the product wasn't being delivered until after the weekend (was supposed to be delivered on Friday) and said I must contact his supervisor regarding this. Said even he couldn't speak to his supervisor, only had an email address. I got no response from the supervisor until after the weekend. Good point -- my shipping cost was refunded. All said and done, I would order from Pixmania again, hoping that this was a 'one-off' experience.

The on line ordering was good but I still have not received all the goods that I ordered as some were missing from the shipment. This was promised over a week ago.

Cancelled my order after being treated as a potential fraudster by demands for copies of my own and mother's passports etc just because I work all day and wanted the product delivered to her house. If this is the way Internet shopping is going I will definitely never buy anything over the Internet again.

I thought that buying online would be a nightmare as i had heard nightmare stories. Nevertheless buying with Pixmania seemed relativly painless. Though i must admit not seeing the customer service face to face is a bit unnerving. I did have to phone to enquiry and found that the phone service is most helpful. Would buy again.

Delivery time and condition of product was excellent. Unfortunately the instruction manual was provided in French only and Pixmania said this was mentioned on their website but if it is you need a very sharp eye to see it because I can find no mention of it. I had to load down an English version from the internet and then print 150 odd pages!

Easy to order, extra year warrenty and fast delivery. Most inportant of all, they have a pick up point in London which I prefer to home delivery as I am at work all day.

Very good price, dealt with quickly and order received in full working order and on time. Only criticism is that the as the order was shipped from Europe it arrived with a European plug, not a major problem but this should be made plain on the site. Otherwise though a very good vendor.

Excellent service - good quality information about the product on the website, good price, immediate availability, prompt dispatch and arrival, product in perfect quality on delivery.

I placed an order for one lens, then because of the funny descriptionrealised they had the other I wanted. I then placed another order for both lenses as the website indicated cancelling an order was easy, but it was delivered. The returns procedure was time consuming but not too much of a hassle.

Printer lead did not come with English 3 pin plug. It came with french 2 pin mains lead.

Excellent Fast Value for Money totally happy with product and service will alway use this company first.

I would certainly use Pixmania again as the delivery was very quick and the response I got when I telephoned to check something regarding the order was very good.

All Canon products come with FRENCH only manuals beware im sending it back not at all happy. Look at the small print before ordering

The purchase of my Creative Webcam NX Ultra webcam was made from Pixmania because they were the only ones who seemed to offer this product for England. For some reason it had been discontinued in the local market. The purchase went out fine, although it would have been more honest to state clearly that the product was going to be posted from France, since in the event of the return of a defective component I would've had to pay for post with insurance to France, and not England where I am.

Very cheap prices and delivery was quick

Ordering was easy and goods arrived on time. Good value for money (ca. 15% cheaper than nearest alternative!). However, goods (printer) are probably sourced on the Continent, as arrived with European power lead. No big deal this time, but could have been a problem if didn't have a replacement at home.

overall an excellent introduction to pixmania-safe,easy and efficient-would definately use again!

Quick. Good price. I wasnt happy that it automatically charges for the zen engagement... before I knew it, I had paid an extra £7 for something I didnt want. The packages you sell, include scart leads, and the scart it includes is called "male to female". i had never heard of such a lead, so i thought it must be a player with a special adapter. It turns out the lead you sell is actually "male to Male". This player came with a scart in the box, so I didnt have to buy it anyway. That was quite deceptive.

Pixmania is fine; DHL is the worst courier company in the world; I have never yet received anything promptly via DHL. In this particular case their driver couldn't find my apartment in spite of having the correct address details and post code. Absoultely useless.
