I would have rated them as excellent but unfortunately the message advising that my order would be delivered that day also advised that I would have to make sure someone would be able to sign for it and that the delivery could not be left somewhere safe. I did not see this advice anywhere when I was placing the order, although I did notice a £20 admin charge to change the delivery address once the order was en route. Slight misunderstanding between merchant and courier caused a non-delivery of the item. Both parties have apologised and are now sending a replacement. The shower arrived on time, in excellent condition. When fitting we noticed two (minor) seals were missing, and although this was after the 'missing items' deadline, Plumbworld contacted the manufacturer to send replacements. My goods were received eight days from order, the bath was the wrong handing and I informed them via email within 15 minutes of delivery as there is no customer services telephone number. I have received no contact from customer services for 36 hours apart from automated messages. The online tracking feature on their website stated that my order had been delivered to an address in Staffordshire, I live in Surrey. The service to date has been woeful, Avoid. The customer service from this company is very bad, you can only contact them by email and if you complain it just gets ignored. It has taken me 2 months to get a refund back to my card, if something goes wrong its a nightmare trying to sort out with them. The ordering and paying for the shower screen was easy, obiously as they want your money! The rest of the service was unacceptable. Informed of delivery and no such delivery had even been booked, unable to actually speak to a person and had to rely on e mails that took forever for them to reply to! Had our money for 2 weeks before they actually sent the shower screen through a different delivery service and many e mails of complaint.
